Having to play most of the days is honestly a bit whack, and the activity balance is definitely skewed. If one plays for the rewards (which tbh *is* the main reason to play events) I can see why they'd be pissed

The contacts have emissive ( = shines brightly) elements on their suits. Could the players' hazmat suit get team colored emissive patches on their shoulders and knees? I feel this would help with team recognition a lot
Another suggestion is tweaking the components of each outfit - there is a Gas Mask with side filter on ARMAS, which could be used for female characters and/or for a different faction (so they have unique masks)

Here's another SHITTY SUGGESTION from ya boy
The way the Volcano works is annoying as fuck, and it doesn't surprise anyone with half a brain to see it's used so much during the event
Turns out the thing is also annoying as hell in Mission Districts, so let's try to kickstart some discussion.
Let me start with a trademark Suggestion(TM)
Volcano now fires both rockets at once
Reduce base damage to 300 each, max ramp up to 550 each?
The rockets are very close together at first, with them spreading out the further they travel.
Could make them spiral around each other if you want to look Cool(TM)
Traveling + spread out rockets + per rocket blast Radius increase = you cover a lot more AoE if you actually bother to snipe people with it.
With that SHITTY SUGGESTION out of the way, let's talk Volcanoes.- 2

Test the guns at various ranges - e.g. the STAR should become 7 shot to kill at either 51 or 52m, while a perfect 6shot at 50. See how using Improved Rifling will actually make it a 7shot at 50 meters
I tested Improved Rifling 2 and Improved Rifling 3 , but I assume Improved Rifling 1 is also affected- 1

For the future, I suggest clearly outlining areas on the overhead map.
The neutral to-be-infected areas are nigh invisible as the thin baseball star just blends with the rest of it. An outline or a transparent overlay (like what GTA San Andreas does) would go a long way to help with this
Next year you should edit the map a bit - it would be nice to have flattened car wrecks at the central park to use as cover ("flattened" as in no wheels, can't shoot beneath them)
