If you send it 20 hours ago I believe you will recieve answer in 6-8 days.

Hey @MattScott, I have submitted ticket, recieved CS questions about account and I have answered to them. How long it usually takes to get second response from CS? My ticket number: 1295.

When my account was hacked, support even asked me the EXACT DATE OF ACCOUNT CREATION AND TIME.....

Normal questions, if you have access to your orig mail you can check that.
