    Well it's possible, you have to remember that you may face a cheater or team of cheaters who ruin your winning streak regardless if you're skilled or just lucky.

     

     

    At least this, they should remove streak challenges and duplicate activities, we can't currently do anything with duplicate rewards. Checking for rare activities daily is boring and frustrating as getting one is very rare, it enslaves you in a wrong way.

     

    I'm fine with them upping the chances of them dropping, and I wouldn't mind a rework to some of the activities, but I like them as rare activity items TBH.

     

    Like I said, add other things that are similar to the JT store, but I'd keep them separate.

    I did actually get the 3 MVPs in a row thing legit.

     

    All the others I cheezed though, yeah.

    You really need to work on going over your writing more then, because if you say you made the weapon design from the ground up, people are going to assume that you meant you made the weapon design from the ground up.

    *EDIT* In serious though, the issue isn't using the model, it's saying they made the weapon from the ground up.

    Investigation is also barely different from anything else. There are certainly other objectives that could be added.

    It actually does IMO, indirectly. Think of it this way: if you ate tuna sandwiches for every meal, it would suck, right? You'd hate tuna sandwiches in less than a week. Add in more meals though, until eventually you have bunches of things to eat, and eventually you might get to appreciate tuna sandwiches again, because you're not so fucking sick of them from eating them over and over.

     

     

     

    I don't disagree that missions need some love, just like the rest of APB, but I don't think they're inherently flawed either, or really even bad.

    There are several, perhaps even infinite ways to change APB, so simply disagreeing with one, or even twelve particular ways APB could be taken does not mean that person thinks APB needs to remain stagnant.

    Did anyone say that APB is fine like it is? I'm trying to join in shaping the change by telling my mind, just the same as people who are praising LO.

    Second, calm the fuck down. Even if I did still have actual discussions on the APB forums, I wouldn't be having one with someone who's acting like a rabid wolverine.

Not to mention your attitude in your first post towards LO and being wrong about the whole mode in a whole. It's disappointing to see you're one of the more known and well respected community members on this forum after those statements. Shaming LO for making new content, smfh.

    I've got it, follow these easy steps and the gun will be great:

     

    1. Give the SBSR 100% damage at 0m, 150% damage at 50m, and then 100% damage at 100m.
    2. Reduce its recoil by 50% but it's horizontal, but only on Tuesday and Saturday.
    3. Give the IRS a pink skin.
    4. Make the Coroner have 180 FoV and the IRS 10.
    5. 200% movement speed while in ADS in both guns.
    6. The gun's magazine size goes from 25% at the start of a mission stage to 500% at the last second.
    7. Having more grenades in your inventory gives the gun a faster reload speed.
    8. 400% damage at max movement bloom penalty.
    9. Make the Coroner have a 1 in 100 chance to shoot an OSMAW rocket.

     

    Easy fix.

    I'm actually more in your camp right now, but Little Orbit lives in G1's shadow.
    We are applying a lot of caution in what we choose to put in ARMAS until we can get more free content into the game.

    Anything we release specifically to ARMAS needs to have a nice well designed, feel to it.

     

    Having said that, I also have no problem giving players a chance to earn items for free during a time limited period, then putting those things on ARMAS later, as long as we don't do it right away. For me, going straight to ARMAS cheapens the effort of some players who spent time to earn the rewards. Additionally there are a *small* amount of things that I do want to keep exclusive, but most of those shouldn't be desirable outside of the players who participated.

     

    I acknowledge that we haven't followed this strategy yet, but mostly because enough time hasn't passed yet, and some of the items we have given away so far aren't really ARMAS-worthy.

    IDK what you're saying though about nothing ARMAS worthy, people would be lining up to get the Autumn Assault skin. (Sidenote #1: it feels like I'm the only person who likes and uses the Autumn Assault skin at all, so thanks for making me my own personal skin.)

     

     

    What kind of things are you thinking of BTW as far as things that would be exclusive? I'm assuming things kinda' like the Asylum skin or something? or just like titles? or what? (Sidenote #2: as someone who owns the Asylum skin and loves it, I feel like you should totally release a Chinese knock-off "Institution" skin. I'm telling you man, it'd be great.)

     

     

    Oh, and BTW, sorry I didn't say anything earlier, but thanks for the premium psuedo P2W removal, that'll be nice. I understand why G1 put it there, but it really is annoying having players without premium be gimped.

    Matt is a smart man, they'll come up with something that works and has integrity.

     

    I've no reason to believe Matt is smart or has integrity to be honest. . . He did buy APB after all.

     

    On a serious note though, limited time content is limited time content, and I don't care if it's through the season, the RIOT shop, or comes directly from Matt Scott's pleasant fellow, I don't want it in APB. If it goes on ARMAS afterward, fine, if it doesn't, just uninstall LOprogram.

    Already been answered in the blog post. Doesn't matter when you start, you first unlock season one, then you can upgrade to s2 etc.

     

    He also said that they might be rotating out old seasons, so it's ambiguous.
