    At the last attempt I did I was in a state where there was no trace of APB, so yes I did install APB from nothing this time aswell.

     

    Gamersfirst support tells me to contact battleye support.

    Battleye just sent me the usual troubleshooting steps for casuals, as the first response, completely disregarding my offer to debug and troubleshoot this.

    Fine, I guess they'd send me another email to resolve this?

    No way, they just assume that FAQ is going to solve this, nice logic, zero effort put into resolving this.

     

    I also tried the paid Revo Uninstaller Pro, as one might expect, there was no autoit or macro installed, so it's search doesn't show up anything if I look for "auto" or "macro", I did cleanup my files and registry using ccleaner.

     

    I am not going to reinstall the entire OS just to play one game, I've got hundreds of others with various anticheats and none of them has any issues, except for APB's Battleye...

     

    From now on I'll ignore those peanut for brains hackusations towards me as there's no point arguing with stupid people, as they will first bring you down to their level and then beat with experience.

     

    Is anybody really thinking I'd spend so much time on this over the course of couple of years if the problem would be me using some cheat or useless macro?... Cheaters usually just dl a game, some trash cheat, play around for some time and then forget about the game when they get banned.

    I know that because there's so many cheaters in CSGO.

     

    I know I've said this before, but the stupidity levels with some are way too high here. I'm just trying to play the bloody game, but I cannot.

    Is this really a reason to attack me in various ways?
    If you have nothing to add to the topic of this issue, just don't write anything, this topic is already littered with useless and pointless remarks.

     

    I wonder what comes first, me being able to play this game, or this game dying off?...

    Because it seems g1st support doesn't care, battleye doesn't care and I still cannot play the game.
    Instead I'm fighting idiots accustating me of cheating, with small percentage actually willing to help and overcome this problem, at least there's this spark of hope for this community.

    how much of any of that is true i do not know nor do i care i just know you play silver it's laggy and bronze isnt

    i think the yellow consumables were a dumb idea, all of them are gimmicks that broke the natural balance that apb had, and added more game breaking variables to think about:

    Medspray: allows a whole team to regenerate really fast even after being dealt high damage, and then jump back in the fight in a matter of seconds.
    Mobile cover: allows you to stop a car when you're a middle of the road because phisics, can also block ladders and doors, somehow can resist a grenade as well.
    Ammo box: Deathtrap that one shots when used with percs, or any explosives, also allows people to spam nades at specific spots, or other kinds of explosives.
    Boom box: Straight up useless against anyone that's higher threat than bronze.

    oh, don't worry im well aware of it, im just saying that the game already had bad reviews before those crashes, for the reasons you mentionned above and many more, apb is unique, but not perfect.

    that sounds like the RTX Bug (crashing on spawn/respawn)

     

    Do you happen to have an RTX Series graphics card OR a 16 series nvidia card ?

    To answer your banning concerns no, of course not, you won't be ba banned because you crash too much, that's just the game is old and clunky, the anticheat has nothing to do with it

    As for the bar reviews, trust me they were there way before this issue appeared, apb had negative reviews for at least three if not more years.

    What's even more funny is that this SAME error was present in 2012 as well. Was it caused by future Turing and Ampere back then as well? Maybe we can somehow sort out what's wrong. I know what Matt said, but it might be something else... The game runs fine for some running these GPUs as well as only happening on respawn. Surely that's odd as hell and not caused by some GPU not running 32bit whatevers. Honestly...

    Also, one more thing. Why do I NEVER, and I mean *never* crash in any fightclubs. Only place I ever crash is mission districts, and mostly in Financial. Waterfront rarely crashes. 

    those aren't the same crashes, they crash on the same operation, but not in the same way, as for me i crash just everywhere, even when spawning in social sometimes

    Also failed at Src\ would say at "source" .. \D3d9..... 

     

    So three things I would look into.. 

     

    1, did you do a complete clean install of the latest driver for your card?  - Clean as in completely remove the old driver and reinstall. *(not install /replace original) = it is rare but well known that when gpu drivers do their smart install they can corrupt files.  make sure you download the latest version, put it to desktop and then when you unistall your gpu driver you know exactly were the new one will be, 

    you can also use DDU Here (direct link to Guru3d)  BUT you need to read the instructions and understand what you need to do.  

     

    2. Worth doing a repair/install of the latest Dx pack. from Here (Direct link MS site select language and download)  follow onscreen instructions , selected either repair or install depending which it offers.  ( note that you should be up dating your os, Preferably its windows 10 for RTX cards) 

     

    3. Have you installed the latest Net framework. 4.5 i think we are on now.. wrong 4.8 get it here (direct link MS site click download) 

     

    once you have done any 1 of the 3 options you should always do a clean restart your computer. and when you launch APB Validate files/repair. 

     

    AS for Antivirus, Dx files are normally associated with MS OS, however if you have installed any "applications" of the free or not from a secure source. that might of used or configured with your Dx files then AV might restricted access.  normally dodgy 3rd party games or mobile games using emulators, 

     

    hope this helps. let me know how it goes.  👌

     

     

     

     

     

    I tried all the possible tweaks you might remotely think about, trust me as much as i understand you want to help, there is no fix for it.
