     i never said you need a software to do so , but someone told me my way of telling things is kinda confusing (english isn't my native language , yo yeah only time can make it better for now) .

     

    but yeah whatever. if you want to stay ignorant , you can , no one will force you to be the opposite .

    whatever , him working at tech support at HP probably means i could get a free job there incase i need to

     

    a VPN routes your internet trough a company's server that are located in another country , so you are able to get an IP adress from that specific country wherever you are in the world.

     

    depending on how the company works , they can indeed change / encrypt your data , but it's usually another layer of protection so your data can't be used by adware companies , every VPN works differently .

     

     

    as for "your way" of making a VPN , there you're just changing your local ip , your public ip adress will be the same and , will show everyone where you live and what provider you  use , or maybe you're doing something else , i would expect anything from you at that point .

     

    and as for IT people , of course they don't learn that , they learn usually much more advanced stuff , i don't say they are all geniuses , there' of course passionates , and people that are IT only because they want a high grade while they have no real intrest on what they're learning  , i personally learned how a VPN works around the age of 11 and now im 19 , and what im learning now is way beyond something like "how a vpn works" .

    All you need to do to vpn is create a new connection in control panel, punch in vpn ip and password.

     

    That vpn program is spyware designed for old people.

    For removing movies in game , you guys can just do that using start parameters aka command line arguments

     

    Just make a shortcut towards your APBprogram , and add "-nomoviestartup" after the path so it looks like this   "something\something\somwhere\Binaries\APBprogram" -nomoviestartup   (yes there's a space after ")

     

    boom , no cutscenes /loading screens , all that without changing the games files ! , plus this method isn't forbidden at all , as you just use something that's included into APB itself .

    Well doesn't matter if you want it or not you will have to wait , there's a heavy load of tickets comming to support , so first come first served , and you're not the only one dealing with that:/

    Alright , it's definetly true that there's some unbalanced weapons , but i almost can't see anyone talking about underpowered weapons

     

    The whole norseman series , they are SMG's yet  they have a TTK closer to snipers than SMG's , i honestly don't see why anyone would use norseman other than fun , they are just terrible

     

    The oblivion from the revelation pack , that's a 4 shot to kill sniper , yet the firerate is extremely slow , and the accuracy bad , and one fin thing that i found is that it can't even knock off decor items

    Just having a bullet hole on a decor while it's still up is hilarous 😂

     

    The Misery from revelation pack , again from revelation pack , despite being Okay ish with certain mods the misery , definetly lacks power ,  even tho it has great accuracy , many other assault rifles could achive a better time to kill at any range .

     

    The harbringer , revelation pack , another one , well this one is kind of a weird weapon , it's not that bad on itself but it's not great eiither , high firerate with low bloom recovery doesn't make sense ( i think) but that could be debated , still needs some kind of buff .

     

    There a lot of other weapons i would like to talk about but i don't have time now :v

    Reinstalling the game, both normal and over steam also did not workout.

     

    Have you tried turing off your antivirus or any type of firewall ? those could be blocking your APB connection thinking it's some sort of malware , if it works after that , try to update them so you can run them while playing instead of having to turn them off all the time

    This awsome and all , but really ? , why on apb ? this should be a game by itself at that point

     

    also i know you had this idea for quite some years now , making it yourself on unreal engine 4 could have bought you furter than what you have now 😛

    Dope please , it's the second time i see this post now , im sad once more ;-;

     

     

    Just seeing old screenshots with population and your friends , and then the same screenshot but with you alone  that hurts .

     

    as for my opinion i think on some places the RTW shaders were overbloomed sometimes  , the g1 shader has some nice stuff , but yeah at some places it just looks like lights are painted

     

    honestly i think just a new revision of the shader with an orange ( sunny ) tint would be better , blue tints have always been bad , for your eyes and for the feel the game gives you .

    Is there an aproximative %increase in the performence (FPS) of APB Reloaded after the engine upgrade work will be done ? APB is a great game but performance has always been a problem for many players wanting to play APB , it doesn't seem normal for a 10 year old game to run this bad on recent computers .
