exactly, it probably needs to be more in-depth but the bigger issue here is that people just don't look at it - cause, you know, how hard can a game be.
it can't really teach you tactics or smth either - nor can it help you train your aim.
in the end, once you run up to a fence or door, it even says that you can use it when pressing F, without any tutorials but still some of my friends stand in front of it, screaming.
(of course they aren't my friends anymore (jk))
people just expect every game to be the same and perfect at that, just an anecdote: like e.g. another of my friends said "uhh those are the same cars as in gta sa" "the car handling is like gta sa" and ever since then it was just a bad gta sa to him.
another complaint was "the aim feels just like an old game, it doesn't register pixel by pixel" - he was using an atac watchman at range and coudn't hit. "maybe if they fix it right it could be an okay gta" was what he said when uninstalling it for now - can't convince everyone, some are just stubborn.

also i really wouldn't know how they'd be able to improve it effectively. it's good that it doesn't interrupt you and opens popups for every step and limiting your movement etc like some other games do - or display a long video sequence with occasional messages of what to do like gta
i guess it's kinda cool how ow does it, teaching you some things in an extra environment (tho apb doesn't really need it since it's kinda open world and you can roam freely without many dangers)
but even then, there are some things you can just learn by experience - and i think this is also the biggest part of apb.

if they do this, give it a reasonable limit, like max 3 accs into one. i wouldn't mind a fee that atleast reflects the amount of additional character slots etc - but i guess more would definitely be reasonable

Got it:
It doesn't need a buff because it's pretty strong as it is for both LTL and lethal gameplay. Any stronger and it would render other types of grenades useless for anti-personnel combat with it's already quick throw time and impact detonation.

Sure, it would be nice to get all stuff for free or for a price as low as possible....
but that is not possible all time.
I only buy Account wide weapons, the other option make no sense for me because i have 14 chars on my main and i want to play with all chars this weapons. I have spend much money on my Acc but that is not the case.
The case is that all the purchased stuff spams my ingame mail after new char creation with over 500 or more mails and it drives me crazy every time to accept them... xD

just saying, right now i have to create cars on one char only, otherwise i could do so on each of them - if i had the kits
that doesnt take any money away from them, i have no real incentive to rebuy them anyway on the others - since i could just send them over. i could just be a bit more lazy then.
and/or use the kits for the cars i already bought accwide.

Every time i equip this gun as main i instantly start to do well with it. It also has a psychological attack: if you kill with snr the enemy gets humillated and they start getting nervous.

Well, to be fair, I've never tried after I've done it when I was new to the game - thus I have no idea how much it actually helps. Just thinking about rate the mousewheel clicks + the weapon can be shot makes me believe you need to spin it very fast to get matching cycles - and that you can get the same result not much more effort when just clicking. I feel you are being way too nitpicky and stubborn about this.
It just makes it a bit more easier in some cases. But this is like complaining that people with red switches need less actuation force than blacks and thus can click faster. It's more of a matter of personal preference to me. If you played with a trigger, instead of a button, you could just spam it more too. If you have mousebuttons with better rebound, you could spam it more too - etc pp.

I went to kindergarten, primary school, "grammar school" and am at university right now. (grammer school + uni are not really posh/expensive over here.)
I'm working as a tutor at that uni for 10h/week and at Dell for 20h/week parallely to be able to afford my... living?
That's my life till now. Not very exciting. I am glad about the latter bit to be quite honest cause... well, feels like enough trouble to me right now.
I wonder if I could handle more tension etc.
Well, I'll be done with my bachelor thesis on tuesday so I'll see what future I'll have from then on. I can't say that I really wanna see though.

it is definitely legal, there is no law that prohibits it
but yes, LO permits the usage too for the time being. they are looking to integrate the options into the ue3.5 version of the game, that will likely break advanced launcher, so there won't be any need anymore
the biggest thing to look at in the settings should be particle limit if you get drops at times when lots of stuff is going on

but nah small differences in res won't do much of a change
- unless the 10 pixels were jsut a figure of speech.
lowering res should be the last resort anyway.
running apb from a ssd considerably lowers the lifetime of it because apb writes a lot on it. i use it too, but just putting that out there. (i know you just said OS but ye.)
the gtx 745 IS on the very low end, so you should consider upgrading it to a newer one. a 1050 (ti) should be more than enough for your usage though
even with bigger OCs the cpu will live for 5+ years. i wouldn't recommend it unless he has a good cooler though. the improvements are quite big though - but not needed for APB, his cpu is fine.
