Hello everyone, we have identified the issue causing some of you to be unable to load your characters and have a temporary fix for those affected that you may use to get back into the game while we're working on the system-wide fix on our end as the permanent solution for this issue. To fix the issue on your end please follow the instructions below: Open your Command Prompt by typing "CMD" into your Windows Search. Enter the command `ipconfig` to list all of your Internet Network Adapters. Look for the Network Adapter that connects to the Internet as shown in the image below. (Outlined in Yellow) Once you have identified your Network adapter look for its name. (Outlined in Red) With the name for the Network Adapter that is in use identified you can now enter the following command: netsh interface ipv4 set subinterface "Adaptername" mtu=1350 store=persistent Example command based on the screenshot below: netsh interface ipv4 set subinterface "Ethernet" mtu=1350 store=persistent If you have entered the command with the correct Network Adapter Name you should once again be able to load your characters.

The servers should now be back online - If you're experiencing any networking or loading issues please reach out via a private message here on the forums.

We're currently in the process of reconfiguring parts of the EU World to fix the ongoing login issues - The EU World will be unavailable during this process.

We're aware that some users are unable to log into the EU Server and are actively working on a fix to the issue.

Patchnotes Easter is just around the corner so the start of Mayor Jane Derren's San Paro Easter Egg Hunt is now! Grab your baskets and get ready to collect eggs for unique Titles and Joker Tickets! Also in this patch is a fix to Cross-District contact pledging as well as our first version of a new District type which allows players to host events without being disturbed by San Paro's usual chaos. Easter 2025 Enabled the Mayor Jane Derren's San Paro Easter Egg Hunt Minigame. Added 1 New Role and 4 New Achievements to complete as part of the Minigame. Community Events District This patch we're introducing a new District type which allows players to host events without being disturbed by CDMM moving players to their district causing unnecessary griefing. This district hosts a special set of rules that disables missions as well as ram raiding from being possible but also disables the 30 second timer for players that are out of bounds which should make it the perfect place to practice your 4x4 Jumps and get into places you normally shouldn't be in! Miscellaneous Contact pledges now persist when changing districts if the same contact is available on the new district. Thank you for your patience.

Unfortunatelly no, the packetloss is a seperate issue we're working on fixing together with Cloudflare - We'll post updates about the issue as we implement fixes.
