Hello everyone, Our standard weekly maintenance will be held this Wednesday (11/20) starting at 9 AM UTC. The game should be back up and running in 6 to 10 hours. Patchnotes This weeks update ships a couple of balance changes as well as tweaks to certain time of days to decrease the brightness of the Skybox during those times. Skybox changes We have decreased the sun-light intensity during the following time of days to avoid cases in which the Sun could make the Skybox extremely bright. 5 AM 6 AM 9 AM 5 PM Weapon Balance STAR 556 'LCR' Health Damage per shot increased from 200 to 210. STAR 556 Health Damage per shot increased from 175 to 180. Reload time reduced from 2.8 to 2.4. Colby SNR Health Damage per shot increased from 334 to 370. Sprint delay decreased from 0.73s to 0.53s. Norsemen Accuracy at 10m improved from 33 to 32. Slightly reduced vertical and horizontal recoil. COBR-A Recovery delay decreased from 0.225s to 0.18s. FAR Maximum bloom reduced by 6%. ISSR-C 'Kingdom' Minimum damage range increased from 15m to 25m. Raptor 45 Reserve Ammo increased from 132 to 176. Joker SR-15 Carbine Accuracy at 10m improved from 24 to 22. RHD LS1 'Corsair' Reload time reduced from 0.7s to 0.5s. N-TEC 5 / Scoped N-TEC 5 / N-TEC 7 Jump modifier reduced from 30 to 18. Dev Note: In one of Little Orbit's earlier balancing efforts, we significantly reduced the accuracy of all N-TEC variants when jumping. This adjustment effectively addressed the overuse and effectiveness of jump shooting with the N-TEC, but it also made jumping with these weapons feel lackluster, even in close-range situations where it should remain a viable option. With this patch, we're bringing the jump modifier of all N-TEC variants back in line with other Assault Rifles, while still maintaining a noticeable drawback to account for the weapon's long-range capabilities. This adjustment is intended to be a modest improvement rather than a major buff. Combined with the other changes made to the N-TEC 5 over the years, this should ensure the weapon remains balanced and far from the dominant force it once was when jump shooting was overly effective. We'll closely monitor the N-TEC 5's performance following this change to ensure it doesn't overshadow other Assault Rifles, particularly those designed to excel at close range. Patchnotes With this weeks maintenance the Halloween celebrations are coming to an end! Thank you all for participating in this years festivities. Miscellaneous changes Disabled the Halloween 2024 in-game event. Added the S1-NA 'Frenzy' to the Joker Ticket store. All consumables now reduce your jump height by 80% when standing on them to prevent players from getting into unintended locations. Added the "Silencer - Reaper" modification which is exclusively used on the N-HVR 243-SD 'Reaper' Legendary. Added the "Piercing Prescision" modification which is exclusively used on the NCR-762 'Anubis' Adeen Legendary. Financial District The Needles - Broadway (Financial Block 5) Added an extra car spawner location. The Needles - Arts Center (Financial Block 8 ) Increased the distance between the two car spawning locations to make it so bigger cars do not occupy both spots. Moved both car spawning locations a little forward so bigger cars do not get stuck on geometry upon spawning. Jangma Square & Apartments Gas Station (Financial Block 17) Added an extra car spawner location. Increased the distance between the two existing car spawning locations to make it so bigger cars do not occupy both spots. Waterfront District Clearview Marina (Waterfront Block 5) Fixed an invisible wall extending into the gameplay area. Blades Recovery Unit (Waterfront Block 18) Increased the distance between the two car spawning locations to make it so bigger cars do not occupy both spots. Moved both car spawning locations a little forward so bigger cars do not get stuck on geometry upon spawning. Trackside (Waterfront Block 34) Increased the distance between the two car spawning locations to make it so bigger cars do not occupy both spots. Calle del Mar (Waterfront Block 36) Increased the distance between the two car spawning locations to make it so bigger cars do not occupy both spots. Weapon Balance NCR-762 'Anubis' Adeen Replaced its existing Crosshair modification with a new orange modification called "Piercing Precision" which provides the benefits and downsides of Hunting Sight 3 as well the ability to pierce up to two targets. Magazine Capacity increased from 9 to 12. Ammo Pool Capacity increased from 45 to 60. N-HVR 243-SD 'Reaper' Replaced its existing Sniper Silencer with "Sniper - Reaper" a new purple weapon silencer with the same effects. Dev Note: This opens up the ability to use Cooling Jacket which tends to be the go-to modification for the N-HVR 243. Colby M-1922 Reduced the recovery delay from 0.037s to 0.019s. Dev Note: This allows the Colby M-1922 to recover more of its accuracy between shots which should make the process of blooming out more gradual. DOW 'Thumper' Added an extra open modification slot. Ray Spread at 10m decreased from 90 to 80. The "Mechanical Choke" modification used on the DOW 'Thumper' now decreases rate of fire by 20% (was 50%) Showstopper Damage per pellet increased from 42 to 44. Ray Spread at 10m decreased from 90 to 80. RFP/RFP-SD Effective Range increased from 35 meters to 40 meters. CAP-40 'Sergeant' Added an extra open modification slot. Patchnotes This weeks patch focuses on small improvements to Epidemic as well as more weapon balance including major changes to the SBSR series of weapons. Epidemic The time to capture the last zone has been increased from 90 seconds to 120 seconds. Moved the City Hall spawn point so players are now spawning on the sidewalk to the West of City Hall rather than on the roof tops. The Barrel Stack located close to the Hospital should no longer be floating. Weapon Balance R2 'Harbinger' Health Damage per shot increased from 280 to 300. Shaw 556 Now loses 57% less accuracy when moving while in Marksmanship mode. ALIG 762 Now loses 67% less accuracy when moving while in Marksmanship mode. SBSR 'Coroner' Now fires roughly 30% faster. Bloom per shot reduced by 32%. Hard Damage per shot lowered by 42%. Run Modifier reduced by 50%. Jump Modifier reduced by 25%. Accuracy Cooldown removed. Weapon Switch Inaccuracy removed. Reload time reduced from 3.2s to 2.6s. Walk Speed increased from 90cm/s to 139cm/s. Marksmanship Speed increased from 90cm/s to 139cm/s. Run Speed increased from 350cm/s to 412.5cm/s. Sprint Speed increased from 475cm/s to 600cm/s. Ammo per Resupply cycle increased from 7 to 8. Reserve ammo increased from 32 to 48. Recoil intensity no longer increases with every shot. Changed Recoil to that of the Oblivion. Dev Note: These changes will feel a lot like a Mini-Rework to the Weapon and should make it feel much more distinct compared to the SBSR 'IRS'. Additionally its Time-to-kill has been adjusted to be more in line with the other rifles in the game. Testing has shown that the weapon is very powerful now so we'll be keeping a close eye on the Coroner and how it performs on Live and will make changes if necessary. SBSR 'IRS' Health Damage per shot increased from 350 to 400. Reduced the Hard Damage per shot by 12%. Walk Speed increased from 90cm/s to 139cm/s. Marksmanship Speed increased from 90cm/s to 139cm/s. Ammo per Resupply cycle increased from 7 to 8. Weapon Switch Inaccuracy removed. Recoil intensity no longer increases with every shot. Changed Recoil to that of the DMR-SD. Dev Note: These changes to the SBSR 'IRS' should make it feel a lot less clunky as well as making it hit much harder with each shot, allowing it to extend its 3-shot range up to 99 meters without requiring mods such as Improved Rifling. Additionally, we did not want to buff its Hard Damage as part of the Health Damage buff, because of this we have reduced the Hard Damage per shot by 12% which means that its hard damage is basically the same as it was before at 116 (was 115.5). Colby M-1922 Reworked the base recoil of the weapon. Recoil intensity no longer increases with every shot. Dev Note: The Colby M-1922 has suffered from having an unnecessary amount of Vertical recoil for quite some time, this patch ships completely new recoil values for the weapon which will make it significantly more controllable. Agrotech ACES SMG Magazine Capacity increased from 35 to 40. Maximum Bloom reduced by 7%. Agrotech ACES Rifle Now gains an additional 10% accuracy from Marksmanship mode. Reduced Horizontal Recoil while in Marksmanship mode by 30%. Thank you for your patience during this period.

Hello everyone, Our standard weekly maintenance will be held this Wednesday (10/23) starting at 9 AM UTC. The game should be back up and running in 6 to 8 hours. Patchnotes After a long break, Epidemic has returned, bringing chaos back to San Paro! Though it hasn’t been seen since 2018, the dangerous objective remains unchanged: three rival corporations are competing to unleash their deadly pathogens and infect the city’s population, turning citizens into mindless zombies. It’s a fight for domination, but only one virus will prevail. The question is: which corporation will reign supreme? This weeks patch introduces our 2024 Halloween Event, Scoped N-tec 5 Dvah as well as many balance changes, primarily focusing on Legendary and Secondary weapons. For more information all about Halloween 2024 please check out our dedicated blog post here. Epidemic Added the Epidemic 2024 game mode and role as part of our 2024 Halloween Event. Epidemic no longer forces player outfits on players, instead, players will be marked with a Title that corresponds to the team they're on. Reduced the maximum amount of damage enemy controlled zones can deal to opposing players within Epidemic by 50%. Reduced the completion requirement for all common Epidemic daily activities. Common Epidemic dailies now award 150 Joker Tickets rather than 100. Reduced the Pulse Strength of Epidemic's zone markers making it much easier to see in/out of the zones. Major Additions Re-enabled the Purple and Red Pumpkin hunt roles for Financial and Waterfront. Re-enabled Trick and Treat as Seasonal contacts on the Waterfront District. Weapon Balance ISSR-A Hard Damage per shot lowered from 54 to 40.5. Dev Note: The recent rework to the ISSR-A has landed extremely well but we do think it is over performing in some aspects so we are lowering its Hard Damage to be more in line with other Assault Rifles. RHD LS1 'Corsair' Now fires roughly 17% faster. The minimum damage per shot the Corsair can deal is now 30% of its base damage. (was 45%) Minimum damage range of the Corsair has been increased from 5m to 25m. Recovery delay reduced by 25%. Mountie Magazine size increased from 20 to 24. Magazine reserve increased from 140 to 168. Showstopper No longer reloads one round at the time. Reload time increased from 0.4s to 1.6s. Reload animation changed. ACT 44 Equip time lowered from 0.9s to 0.6s. RSA Equip time lowered from 0.9s to 0.7s. S-AS PDW Marksmanship modifier reduced by 23% making it more accurate when in marksmanship mode. R2 'Harbinger' Accuracy Cooldown removed. Equip time reduced from 0.8s to 0.5s. Reload time reduced from 3s to 2s. Ammo per Resupply cycle increased from 6 to 7. Maximum Bloom reduced by 50%. Recovery per second increased by 20%. Run Modifier reduced by 25%. Effective Range reduced from 65m to 50m. Dev Note: These changes intend to move the Harbinger out of its currently awkward spot between the Act-44 and RSA by reducing its range and doubling down on its fast firing close range capabilities making it much more efficient in close range whilst allowing it to be a decent mid range choice up to 50 meters. VBR Walk Modifier reduced by 25%. Health Damage increased from 170 to 180. FFA 'Bullshark' Bloom per shot decreased by 85%. S1-NA 'Frenzy' Significantly decreased both horizontal and vertical recoil. Health Damage increased from 143 to 153. Vehicle Balance Charge Sentinel Health increased from 1050 to 1250. Dolton Montane Health increased from 1250 to 1350. Varzuga Rally XS Fixed an issue which caused the Vehicle to accelerate slower than intended when using Nitro Booster. Miscellaneous changes Added the Scoped N-tec 5 Dvah to the Joker Ticket store. Account wide versions of this item will become available on ARMAS shortly after the servers come back online. Added several new color tags. Added the Varzuga Rally XS 'Prototype' to Ophelia on the Joker Ticket store. Dev Note: When making changes to the original Varzuga Rally XS we lost a fun interaction that the original version had that some players really enjoyed, because of this we're introducing the Varzuga Rally XS 'Prototype' which uses the original Varzuga Rally XS stats. Patchnotes This weeks patch ships more balance changes focusing on previously nerfed weapons that have been hit a little too hard as well as some rather large readjustments to the ISSR-A Assault Rifle. Weapon Balance: ATAC Jump Modifier decreased by 32% Max Bloom decreased by 15% COBR-A Jump Modifier decreased by 52% Marksmanship movement speed increased from 139cm/s to 275cm/s Manic Jump Modifier decreased by 66% Max Bloom decreased by 6% OCSP Effective Range increased from 30m to 35m ISSR-A Health damage increased from 255 to 270 Jump Modifier decreased by 107% Reload time reduced from 2.75 to 2 Marksmanship movement speed increased from 139cm/s to 175cm/s Run Modifier decreased decreased by 77% Sprint Modifier decreased by 43% Adjusted curve to cause accuracy loss when shooting to start later Effective Range reduced from 50m to 45m Dev Note: The ISSR-A was struggling in just about every aspect, this rework should make it much better at getting picks on unsuspecting players or players that are out of position. As this is the first major rework done in these passes we have applied a small nerf to the weapons effective range to keep it in check in case it comes out stronger than we'd like. We're going to be keeping a very close eye on this weapon and will apply buffs/nerfs to it if needed. DOW 'Thumper' Pellet spread decreased by 32% Mechanical Choke now reduces Pellet spread by 45% (was 35%) Shredder Pellet spread decreased by 25%. Weapon now fires roughly 13% faster. EOL Grenade Launchers Added an extra open slot to the following variants: "EOL 'Deep Impact'" & "EOL 'The Hammer'" Removed the Windup timer on all versions. Sprint Delay increase from 0.73s to 1s EOL 'Deep Impact' Reload time increased from 1.15s to 1.3s EOL 'The Hammer' Reload time increased from 0.75s to 0.9s EOL 'Kickback' Reload time decreased from 1s to 0.75s AAEPD Increased sprint delay from 0.73 to 1.1 Dev Note: This change does not affect the gun as you can not sprint with it anyways but should serve as a small Quality of Life fix to those users that are using the "always sprint" config edit. Vehicle Balance: Varzuga Rally XS Slightly improved the Grip of the vehicle. 4500 RPM Torque increased from 7 to 15 7000 RPM Torque increased from 5 to 25 12m/s Steer Angle increased from 19 to 25 22m/s Steer Angle increased from 13.5 to 21 Max Reverse Speed increased from 15 to 18 Dev Note: Following last weeks change we're shipping some buffs to the Varzuga Rally XS with our eventual goal for the vehicle to be a reward for new players as they complete the tutorial. For those that enjoyed the old Varzuga Rally XS for its quirkiness we're going to add a Varzuga Rally Prototype in an upcoming patch which will have the old stats of the Varzuga Rally XS. Miscellaneous changes: Updated the description of the Heavy Barrel weapon modification. Criminals no longer gain a minor amount of Heat when damaging Enforcers at Notoriety level 3 or below. Made adjustments to the Matchmaking algorithm in particular for Backup & Escalation calls. Thank you for your patience during this period.

Hello everyone, Our standard weekly maintenance will be held this Wednesday (10/02) starting at 9 AM UTC. The game should be back up and running in 6 to 8 hours. Patchnotes Another week, another balance pass! This balance pass focuses primarily on buffing underutilized Modifications to bring them up in power as well as two slight nerfs to the Mobile Cover character modification and Med Spray consumable. In addition to these changes, we've fine-tuned several vehicles and addressed unintended gameplay and visual issues related to them. Modification Balance: Mobile cover: Once activated Mobile Cover now takes 0.5s before spawning in the players hands. Med Spray: Recovery initiated by Med Spray now has 50% reduced recovery rate. Weapon Silencers: Pistol Silencer no longer reduces magazine capacity by 1 bullet. Sniper Silencer no longer reduces range by 7 meters. Rifle Silencer no longer reduces hard damage by 10%. Hard Landing No longer increases fall damage taken by 10% Happy Landings Downside reduced from 0.1/0.2/0.3m/s to 0.05/0.1/0.15m/s Heavy Barrel Damage reduction lowered from 5/10/15% to 2/5/10% Magazine Pull Magazine size reduction lowered from 15/20/25% to 10/15/20% Extended Magazine Reload time increase lowered from 20/40/60% to 10/20/30% Mobility Sling No longer increases equip time by 15% All affected modifications have had their descriptions updated if applicable. Weapon Balance: N-ISSR-B Effective Range reduced from 90 meters to 83 meters. Dev Note: The N-ISSR-B were the only Snipers designed with the Sniper Silencer range reduction in mind, with that removed we're lowering its Effective Range by 7 meters to keep its effectiveness the same. Vehicle changes: Varzuga Rally XS: Fixed an issue in which the car did not have enough downforce when going into sharp turns, causing it to tip over onto its side. Dolton Broadwing: Increased ride height slightly. Adjusted the suspension to make the wheels slightly less bouncy. Dev Note: These changes should make it significantly harder for the Broadwing to get stuck on sidewalks or other obstacles especially when driving around the Central Park in Financial. V20 Jericho: Adjusted the position of the rear wheels visuals so they no longer stick out. IO Growl: Increased ride height. Adjusted the suspension to make the wheels slightly less bouncy. Increased Suspension Travel distance. Dev Note: Much like the Broadwing the Growl struggled with having its chassis getting stuck on obstacles such as sidewalks or small bumps often bringing it to a full stop so we have increased its ride height slightly and made its chassis less bouncy much like we did with the Broadwing. Charge Cisco: Reduced the amount the Cisco's chassis moves when accelerating. Sungnyemun Moirai: Changed the visuals of both front and rear wheels slightly so the wheels no longer excessively clip into the ground. Sungnyemun Mirage: Increased ride height slightly. Changed the visuals of both front and rear wheels slightly so the wheels no longer excessively clip into the ground. Benkz Mhuller M1: Changed its drive type from RWD to AWD. Dev Note: This fixes the notorious counter steering issue when accelerating and also serves as a minor buff to the vehicle. Miscellaneous changes: The LC Mirage is now spawning as a Moirai again. Damaging an enemy as an Enforcer no longer slightly increases your Prestige level. Adjusted UI Stat bars for the ISSR-C 'Kingdom' and ISSR-B Fixed an issue with the description of Lucas Van Rooyen's rare daily activity. The 2 Slot Mirage unlocked at Level 15 of Lynette/Lucas is now tradable. Thank you for your patience during this period.

Hello and apologies for the radio silence on this issue - We recently tried to redistribute the lights to the original owners of the Light 'Em Up Pack as well as anyone who has purchased these lights individually but it hasn't quite gone the way we hoped it to. We're still looking into a way to re-deliver the last three remaining police lights, sorry again for the delay on this.
