  1. That goes for them blatant cheaters or closets who got lots of unnecessary money to waste on a game by either buying accounts to cheat on once again or by just creating a totally new accounts. Not for the people i know who got banned.
  2. Indeed, i won't bother arguing about something like that, but that doesn't mean that there aren't people who never knew how do cheats look like on their screens and still got banned don't exist

As mattscott said once before that it is hard to tell who is cheating and who isn't in Apb specifically, most of the inexperienced unaffected players seem to be happy with those recent bans and congratulating LO for their great work when it actually is a complete madness of them to do that so unprofessionally. Let me tell you that so many people got falsely banned So back to the main question, do you think falsely banned players will simply reroll and start it all over again and invest more money and time in that game after years of growing their accounts just simply because of some GMs who seem like they they do not know what they are doing? In my opinion i see that the decision of making this ban wave a thing made alot of players distrust LO even more than they already do, sadly. This was supposed to be something important that needed to be revised 1000 times to make it flawless by banning the real cheaters only. If you got falsely banned keep your story for the support team, Lets just wait and see what will they do
  4. Do you realize what that what you are asking for is the most rediciouls bug ever?. Maybe it does not affect smaller cars but if you are using a big car window ( right seat ) you can not hit literally anything to your left side or anything that is behind you?. do you think that gamersfirst didnt evet thinking of making that kind of change before because they were stupid, actually in my opinion if the developers had your kind of players invading forums with these random idiotic ideas and actually even thought about taking it into consideration, this will be the end of this game. it is almost anyway the end of it literally 300-400 population max everyday from 1200 -1600 when they first bought the game. i can guess that happened because people weren't ready for all these sudden gameplay changes and just wanted them to give the game better performance ( engine upgrade, stable servers, etc) Note : pioneers and other big cars really annoy me aswell especially when you get an insane car gameplayer as opponent and literally lose to his car instead of him (by griefing the point, running away taking cover using his car trying to kill you then if he fails or if he doesn't he just hops right into his car again, etc). All in all, what you should be really asking for here instead of demanding a bug into the game is to get the big cars nerfed in someway that will make those scenarios less in our gameplay

I just read the blog and just wanted to note something 7.5m as a maximum range for the csg is nearly the same max range for the jg ( except that jg has faster firerate and significantly more damage than the csg) so, if i may ask how is the csg supposed to be "balanced" when there is a definitely better shotgun out there that out classes the csg in everything and yes i tried both shotguns in the prototype districts and all i can say that you definitely need to buff at least the range of the csg at least abit and maybe increase the firerate so it can hold its place as another good rival for the jg and keeping the variation of different playstyles that suit every unique weapon. that was the idea behind the weapon changes in the first place if I'm not wrong if something like that change didn't pass by the thoughts of the devs who are working on the weapon balance i just might say with all respect you have tried to do something different and we appreciate you giving it a shot but we gonna need you to revert all the changess back all the way back to the last weapon balance that gamersfirst previously had done, the weapons were more satisfying back then i my opinion. (forgot to mention something about the other versions of the csg, I'm not sure if you ever thought about the csg pr1 while nerfing the gun's overall firerate alongside the ir3 firerate nerf but i tested it and let me tell you something it had a maximum of aslo 7.5meters to be able to 2 shot someone likewise the jg and the other csg versions that does not have the ir3 included and it felt like the strife shotgun has more firerate to damage and range ratio more than that version of the csg, the gun literally doesn't function as the shiotgun it was before). Having all that in mind and tested out i really feel rather disappointed by the the over all weapon balance updates ever since it first started showing up and its indeed as you described it @mattscott this whole balance thing was incredibly poorly handled as you described it by either killing some of the weapons entirely out of the game or buffing others to the point where it can out ttk other roles in out side their environment (shreddar).
  6. i just tried the new weapon changes and I'm really not a big fan of it as the main reason for these changes was to balance the so called '' overpowered '' weapons. Lets start with the Hvr, people have always complained about how the hvr is overpowered and needs a nerf because of its raw damage power u can get 1 shotted by the slighest damage u can take accidentally, what Little Orbit did was just removing the ability NOT to quickswitch but to noscope or jumpshot using the Hvr it is pretty boring for an fps game to have guaranteed useless jumpshotting keep in mind that normal quick switching still works and the raw massive damage of the hvr still exist and can still be overpowered from both long and close ranges, it is not a nerf to quickswitching or raw damage power but a removal of noscoping and jumpshotting gameplay styles with that specific weapon keep in mind that you can still go for the easier option of using a scout hvr for faster quickswitching more guaranteed jumpshotting than the so called over powered sniper and you still get to be fully mobile with no movement restrictions. honestly what should have been done to nerf the hvr 762 was to nerf its damage power to 80, 75, 70 as its still not that mobile and not removing a complete gameplay style ( jumpshotting ) which is pretty hard to actually hit in most situations and calling that a nerf. Alot of people say that ntec is overpowered aswell for some reason, ntec is still the same as it used to be unless you want to use IR which was essential to give it that little extra range with increasing the recoil slightly and still kept it pretty well performing for a good player to outplay an enemy who plays OCA or shotguns in close ranged spots with the current fire rate nerf to the IR3 i dont think that would be easy anymore not that it was that easy to begin with especially if the enemy mains close combat weapons. OSCAR now is pretty useless as it was always bad ranges without the IR3 and IR3 was essential for it to be part of the meta, the dramatically reduced fire rate made this weapon nearly unplayable. As for CSG and JG they used to be really overpowered and able to 2 shot if you aim perfectly and get all them pellets into the body of your enemy , with the current buffs all i can say is that shotguns will be over used by everyone as they been buffed dramatically letting a silver player who has somewhat inconsistent aim to be able to 2 shot enemies more frequently. As for the untouched weapons that should have really gotten a nerf first one of them is the Rfp secondary which has somewhat decent fire rate and nearly 0 accuracy loss in close combat and could still pretty well out ttk an ntec user before the ir3 nerf imagine how unbalanced that would be now ( keep in mind that most players who use rfp have got a shotgun or smg as a primary weapon with the current buffs to shotguns and the untouched somewhat insanely accurate SMGS it would be nearly impossible for an ntec player to win against this setup in most situations unless the enemy is really bad ). There is also alot of the already neglected really overpowered weapons like yukon, pmg, oca, true ogre, dog ear. what this patch made me feel is that all the risky and fun outplays should not take part in this game anymore. I got really disappointed by this sudden patch as Little Orbit promised not to do any changes to the current gameplay and my opinion is that Gamersfirst last weapon balancing patch was not supposed to be changed now at least until the main gameplay issues get fixed like fps drops, game stuttering, engine update and improving the servers performance as these should have taken as first priorities to bring players back into the game and I'm sure that the majority of players did not mind the now previous meta and still pretty much enjoyed the game even though it needed and still needs alot of performance improvement.
