Same happens to me and you cant see it in a shadowplay recording, only visible through external recording, I tried on windows 10 V 1703 and V1903, same problem, so I dont think it has to do with windows but has to do with the game. Same issue on both machines: i7 8700k 5.1ghz all cores + 4x8 3466mhz and i7 7700k 4.4ghz all cores 2x8 3000mhz

The recent update brought Camera and mouse skips (Not stutters), Please look into that.

when you mean stuttering, do you mean actual game freezes with 34 server ms or camera skips like I said?

I am not using vsync, Non of my friends use that as well.

With todays patch (10.7.2019)my fps went down and noticed that the if I would swipe the mouse from left to right and right to left, the camera skips frames. Enfrocers can defuse it, With personal experience, It matters who is the first one to interact with the bomb. This bug happens cause they codded it so people cant defuse the Riot devices.

As title says, All the bomb missions are bugged, due to them being in the place of Riot devices, Who ever interacts first with the bomb in the final stage wins due to the other team not being able to interact with it, it just says Item is not ready, that happened due to the Riot update, please fix this.

Not only that they already cause stutters when server ms hits 34 every 20 seconds, but now you also teleport and have delay between switching shoulders and throwing grenades, Please look into this shit already.

Dropped weapons not only affect Client FPS, but affect the Server performance. People have low amount of guns? You can buy weapons on armas, you can buy weapons in the Joker store or you can grind a role for a weapon.

Matt, please stop deliberately trying to kill the game, you guys already done more than enough with RIOT mode that no one asked for, but now weapon drops in fight clubs? you said you were following the game for a long time and you should know that it was already tested in 2015 - 2016 and it was agreed that it affects performance and is unbalanced even in fight club., if someone wants to try a weapon, he can trial it from armas or the JT store like a normal person. also, how does it take the dev team a whole week to fix a simple code line or a Flag to restrict weapon drops? Dropping weapons on death not only causes the FPS to drop over time, but breaks the balancing of the game. Opponent kills my teammate with a whisper when he has hvr, I push him and get killed by a whisper i cant see on scoreboard
