Nowadays is easy to get a monitor that supports 144Hz and most part of the players want to get it, by lowering the graphics. Also this game gets even worst when you upgrade to the new generation of graphics cards or processors. I'm running this game right now on a RTX and I can't play it properly without frames drop. I guess u need to watch the video again. His graphics are not at low it is on max or high. But if you are going to be making a montage/frag movie you want your video looking the best possible, which is going yo be 16:9 with high settings. Yeah it is more annoying to play like that when it comes to APB but it really is the truth of the matter.
