As of right now you can send guns through the mail to characters not on your account.

Not sure if this is a bug or was intended.

Makes sense, as example you want to gift a gun to a friend or something like that... so you can just send it with mail.

This is how it used to be so I'm okay with it. Though I do find it odd that they can't be sent to your own characters cross your account, which you used to be able to do. Still a good change
