Aimzique 2 Posted September 4, 2018 If good weapons give you less kill-scores and weak weapons a higher score, this could balance the weaponsystem problem. Currently all the kills give you +100 score, with this system, the N-tec would give you just +70 score, while the blowtorch would give you +160. Nades +110, JG +70, HVR +100, and so on. Talking about balancy, this would ofc give the correct score for how good/bad a weapon is. Asssits stay the same, or get balanced aswell.

neophobia 216 Posted September 4, 2018 (edited) this could be a thing if those scores actually mattered at all. right now they just determine threat. and while every forum edgelord cares about them to devalue the opinions of a silver (i'm pleading guilty for myself too), barely anyone else really does. except when it comes to scapegoating and clanrequirements (the latter being fair enough.) this shouldn't be a thing because weapons shouldn't be downright worse than others. all should be viable choices in their niche. yes, some weapons are bound to net more kills/assists/medals - but this is always dependant on the situation. yes, a star won't give you many points when your oppositions runs. yes, an alig won't give you many points when you are defending a cqc spot. you shouldn't be rewarded when you pick a wrong weapon for a situation. (although people like to stick to one weapon or don't have many as a loadout available - this, however is another issue) this also isn't a solution to e.g. star being outperformed by ntec etc. they should both have dis-/advantages - and they do have that already, the star is generally more easy to use... well but that's it. it can't really compete in high skilllevels mostly. score doesn't really do this. (this isn't comparable to csgo btw, the galil might be outclassed by the ak - but there, it is about economy, a thing we don't have in apbmatches) there you go, i knew how to reply to this. wasn't that hard. Kiida 455 Posted September 4, 2018 The points system needs to be flat out removed. It was one of the worst updates this game has ever received.

CookiePuss 5378 Posted September 9, 2018 This is a bad idea, and you should feel bad.
