jimmyneutron69 2 Posted August 10, 2018 Gift your friends Armas items like joker boxes etc. eg. > go to armas > click on armas item and next to buy button "gift to friend" > click gift to friend, enter friends name and they receive the gift and get a notification. Nite 261 Posted August 10, 2018 This feature MUST require the recipient to actually accept the gift for it to work without potential for abuse. Being forced to accept gifts from strangers who can then charge-back the purchase and potentially sink your account is not an acceptable state of affairs for this or any multiplayer game with a cash shop. I'm all for ARMAS gifting, but only if LO can implement that as a safeguard. 2

MattScott 15245 Posted August 12, 2018 Hi there, We are working to bring this back, but as @Nitecorrectly pointed out, it needs to work differently than before to eliminate abuse. BTW - even a player who actively chooses to accept the gift can still find themselves in a situation where the sender claims fraud. Thanks, Matt 4

IMHO it shouldn't affect the one who received the gift, though this could lead to abuse as in tricking somebody to give you a gift with some kind of promise, then leaving them to deal with the scam. Thanks, Matt Though Armas Gifting was awesome, ty G1, but this shows all the reason for respect for the professionalism (and honesty) with LO. You think a feature through so you don't let your players suffer its issues. Edited August 12, 2018 by N66

Well, scammers used these 'tricks' so that people they don't like would get banned, if I'm not mistaken
