Shadow ban

A new day, a new ban. They were banned again, but this time it was a shadow ban. There's just one problem. I'm not VIOLATING anything and I'm not using ANYTHING. So what's the ban for??? Can I have an explanation?

No one answering, Here from 2011 and get Shadow banned in 09.08.2025, I don't understand why i have to banned.

can you explain anything else. were you rnning anything in the back ground? maybe a file got messed up i nthe game? some times the servers freeze up and crash and you can't enter any instance.

 

Need more then shadow ban to help. support isn't going to help you, they just threaten bans

I haven't been given any missions for a week.
I decided to try playing through Steam. The same situation through Steam.
I created a new account and, lo and behold, everything is fine on it.
I log in to the main account and again it doesn't give me any missions, and I can't log in to the fight club.
I think there are no problems in the files. Either something has gone wrong with my character, or I've been banned for something.
I already suspect that support is unlikely to help me.
I've been in this game since the OBT and have never violated any rules. They could at least have written what they didn't like.

run the debugger. missiosn can take 1-5 mins in a district depending on player count. if you can get into FC the files might be bugged.

How to launch the debugger?

I have 2 copies of the game.

The first through the apb launcher.
The second through steam.
In both versions on the main account I can't get missions and get into the fight club.
On the new account on any version I get missions.

Another point in favor of the ban is that this situation applies to all characters in the account.

I have the same issue. It would be great if we got more transparency and answers. I already created a support ticket. But I have not received any response for a week. Unfortunately, the situation in the game is getting worse and worse day by day. it's like being in the wrong place at the wrong time

Only thing i can see is 1 your group is mixed with enfo crim. or two for some reason it's triggering the old system and your team is not all gold/silver/bronze etc.

 

Outside of that i have no idea i have never seen that error. ill check FC see if ican log into baylan/asylum.

Main issue i have been having is the anticheat. every time i shut off my computer and turn it on. if i want to log in i have to. log in, get told i have an error. log out fix said error. log in, new error, log out rerun launcher, error is fixed. Then i get stuck with the person who is trying way to hard on a saturday afternoon for the 5 matches i'm willing to play and leave.

It allowed me into abington east and west today. and baylan 

 

So i'm not sure. good luck with support. they mostly threaten bans, be unhelpful or deyn any proof you may have.
