@MageLO I am very well aware that you guys need funding at ARMAS with g1c purchase but please at least consider placing that weapon skin for char bound for joker tickets.
Lot of us have invested g1c into JT's and would like to be able to spend them for armas items like it has been case so far. 
Leave account bound for g1c but pls allow us to buy char bound for JT's.

Wasn't this going to be the initial plan? From what Matt was saying in one of the AMA, all armas items will be Account Bound, but Character Bound stuff will be available in game.
