uMoldbro Ind. Loadout Randomiser

Some of you might remember this but for those that don't, you press the button, it randomly generates your loadout, helpfully gives you a link (now to APB vault) to that weapon in that mod loadout and its stats!

a clan member linked it to me after i said i got umoldbro working again, i like that you do the full load out not just the weapons.
