It's the same with clothes, weapons, mods, etc. Everything that has leases, has a limit to how many you can take. The quantities on these limits also vary depending on the type of item. Mods have a max limit of three, for example. If you buy all three allotted mods on Monday, you'll regain one allowance per day until it's full again on Thursday. You can use those allowances as you get them though, you don't have to wait until it refills fully. 1
