Why can't we have accurate weapons?

Recommended Posts

Increase accuracy is a very bad way!!!

Because, you make most of weapons more useless and just a few with high TTK as the new Meta.

Why people so brain-dad and are thinking by destroying accuracy, the game becomes more better?

If the Devs do this, they need to ban cheaters and skilled players too! Because there is no different. If your aiming is to good, you get banned!

Good way to decrease the population more and more.

Much easier way is to add a PVE mode to the game, where you can play against bots.

Because this is better as get stomped by skilled cheaters they abuse game mechanics to dominate lesser skilled players.

Most Problem is, there is NO MATCHMAKER in the game. Thats why high skilled players are killing low skilled players... and the low quit the game.

Why the Devs dont punish and ban the good players out of the game, they are destroying the game population?

Now you whould like to remove the option for beginners to get a kill by random hit-accuracy... WOW, so garbage logic!

Nice logic, not... o my god this forum is so crazy!

something i do not understand about the guns is that they can fire perfect left and right. how the fuck does the bullet curve like that? i also dislike the reload speeds there slow clunky and take way to long. in a fight you need to reload and be back in it fast. that means not doing these old range reloads. i also have no idea how the bullets work in this game. each calibier gos to a class but here it's like a big cluster fuck. 556 vs 44 mag? think the ar is gonna win due to range power and more rpm? NOPE 44 wins becuase it can go farther then 50m for what ever reason. i also question why the cross heir doesnt always tell me were i'm gonna hit i'll hit outside of it inside of it WAY outside of it. in marksman and hipfire. this game is like playing in a casino becuase its a fuck all game that doesnt let you know if you win or not.

or it's the fact my pc is a POS that tends to freeze lag and stutter each 1/3 of a second that anything happens

The game checks where the center of your screen is pointing and draws a line between your weapon and that spot. For explosive weapons, it changes the angle the projectile comes out of.

The weapon names are just names. A lot of it is left over from RTW times. I think 243, 556, and 762 were suppose to be 1 slot, 2 slot, and 3 slot variants of each primary weapon, but even then the name scheme was all over the place. They split up the weapons for more variety. Here's some of the first RTW concepts. Most of these models were in the game, up until G1 added the skin system and butchered them.

Also, don't stretch your screen. Play at your monitor's native resolution, or at the same aspect ratio. Like Zombie said set the UI scale to 1 to fix the crosshair size. Use the advanced launcher or modify the config file yourself if you need to reduce the graphics. The crosshair is accurate at 10M, at 1024:768 resolution. Further distances it's smaller than the bullet spread, closer is bigger than the bullet spread. At higher resolutions the crosshair is too small, and at the lowest it's too big. Generally, if your crosshair is 1" or smaller and the player is bigger that it, you won't miss.

APB freezes on all hardware. It can't access more than 3.5GB of RAM due to it being built in 32 bit instead of 64 bit, so it's forced to clear out unused memory to prevent crashes. On the contrary, you still need at least 8GB of RAM installed so Windows can manage it, otherwise you run out of RAM and the page file gets used, which leads to more freezing.

If the Bulletdamage is used with a TraceChannel (instant hit, same like in Counter Strike), its easy to abuse by cheats.

Physic Bulletsystem have better anti-cheat mechanics, but you need adjust the falloff/dropoff-physic. But cost more network traffic.
