Snowballs and HoHoHoPGL in mission districts

Just a quick complaint,

So what's going on with this? Every year were allowed to use the snowballs and hohohopgl in mission districts, yet this year is different?
Another thing is why even show us they are there if we cant even use them?

legitimate question . this is a seasonal event . all players are different, some have never visited and will not visit places such as FC . the event received restrictions it's bad

not every year.

g1 didnt put it in as well a couple times

sending a letter with a hat and a gun is a ZERO problem . 1 day everything is fixed .

 

 

for two years, I've watched the Little Orbit team make mistakes like little kids in kindergarten, no knowledge, no practice, no caution .

Another thing g1 did that LO doesn't.

 

I'd like for them to be enabled please, I enjoy arresting people using snowball launchers in missions.
