Does support usually always take this long?

I send in a ticket but i still haven't heard from it and it was 8 days ago when i submitted it.

Support back under G1 often took about that long for a response, but as they're going through probably many thousands of tickets right now I'd expect it to take a bit longer for certain types of ticket. Just be a little patient and they'll get to it.

Sorry about the wait, i know it can be frustrating when you're waiting on a response about an issue!

 

Right now support has a high volume of tickets, they are trying their best to work through them as fast as possible!

 

Just be patient, they will get to yours as soon as they can!

Little Orbit had some changes and training to do for the new customer service.

The new customer service has only been up since the 25th of may, so under a month. Please be patience during this time of high demand and changes.

It took them around 8 days to reply to my ticket, but once they did, they solved my problem within <30 minutes.
