SSD, I only have SSDs in both of my computers, and that issue is happening on HDD as well (tested on my friends pc), The timings have nothing to do with the issue as I tested on 3466 MHz, 3000MHz and base speed of 2444MHz on both computers and the issue was still present, ran the game on those speeds beforehand with no issues.
