    Cheats are kinda like those addons that Warcraft uses. BattlEye learns of the latest cheats so gets updated to deal with them. The cheat coders realise their cheat doesn't work anymore so the coders have to re-code their cheats and the cycle continues apart from in theory it should get harder and harder for the cheat programmers.

     

    But the process takes time as does the manual banning etc. Even with video evidence there may be some other reason for it thatnhas to be investigated/checked first. The video owner might have had a really bad connection etc so time is needed to gather more than one source of evidence.

     

    Oh to anyone who saw my last video though (thanks!) Please note that I didn't name anyone. I was simply showing some of my own personal gameplay footage whilst talking about bans. 😉

    Can it happen to APB? eh I dunno. But it's basically free advertising and you're delusional (or live under a rock) to think it wouldn't affect the game population given how much twitch and youtube dominate game visibility these days.

    And if that ain't proof I dunno what is. Just make sure you have a video ready for engine release, new contacts and basically every new update. Can't wait for your battle royale vid 😉

    Thanks that's quite a compliment. I'm pretty sure CM is so much more than making a video every few weeks though.

     

    First development is to think of some more challenges and start using fonts that people can read rather than fonts I like lol.

    Nekrova is a server in steep decline. Due to the uniqueness of the server caused by the Innova shutdown and character transfer, a server merge with Citadel is just too large a task to be considered worthwhile or profitable especially considering the size of the Nekrova player base.

    Advertising obviously helps but it helps because it increases the visibility of the game.

     

    If Summit started playing it again don't tell me some of the 1000s that watch him won't download and try it? Especially if he seems to be having a fun time.

    This looks like a nice format and we kinda need something like that on YouTube to gain popularity, as no one is really making videos for APB at all, besides montages.

    I wonder where they went then. There's an obvious nod to Top Gear at the start and that got me thinking that doing Top Gear style 'challenge' videos would be very doable in APB and that might get people to play based on the customisation freedom aspect of the game. I know so many people who literally treat apb like second life and never do missions. And these people buy stuff on Armas 🙂

    What: Pub Quiz after the Derby! (SUNDAY 23RD) Probably around 11pm UK time.

    Earliest I'll start is 1030pm so if you're not coming to the derby, be in the stream by then.

     

    Where: twitch.tv/witchqueen on stream after the derby is over.

     

    When: After the Derby. The derby starts at 9pm GMT so this will probably be at about 11pm GMT but I won't start it before 1030pm GMT

     

    Prize: £10 Steam voucher (you could buy g1c's with it!)

     

    Details:

     

    When we begin I will ask a load of questions. Some will be music based, some picture based. They should be pretty 'un-Google-able'.

     

    The first person to give me a correct answer wins the point. The person with the most points at the end wins.

     

    There will be some APB related questions for you guys.

     

    One round is called  'What is Witch on about?'

     

    Here I will give a bad description of a Christmas movie.

     

    Here's one for you to try:

    'Guy kills Santa then takes his place and ruins Christmas'.
