    • Def Suit already does a % reduction, if you aren't at armor cap. (Mobs don't debuff armor sadly... basic PVE 4tl)
    • Offensive Suit already also increases damage on proc, as long as you take damage (as stated above). (Which the above suggestion would be a passive modifier.
    • Support suit... well I'm sure "x number back per a tick"... it's already 15 health a tick so unsure what you mean there as it procs to your entire team/raid.
       

    Procs work in PVE, PVP, Bugsports, and Dome without issue.

    And the helms would at least give more options than my sniper troll setup as the support helm is easily "Best in Slot".

    i have never once in my life in bloodsports or dome seen the suits proc and with how many alts i had with gt/ stage 3 pre classic i figured i would have atleast once

     

    what i was going for with off and def suits was trying to make them counter balance each other. a flat +% to damage you do to all weapons instead of mutations and grenades like the HW stance does and meditions aura and a flat -% damage you take. most at 55 who use def suit will cap out at 60% due to build or teammates running cali 7-8 which almost makes it useless unless its those rare times when it procs during primals debuff sate

     

    what i was going for wit support suit is adding gamma and stamina regs to it aswell like a support suit should i mean most medics are squishy and die real easy to most basic pvp builds and even to some of the pve builds so that could help them stay alive/ keep teams alive. trying to go for a full balance

     

    and yes helmets suck not going to argue you basically get two choices off or sup and taking def means your crazy or your hp needs to be worked on majorly and even then sup will more then likey win out due to its reg stats even though the basic run of buffs that you use at end game will provide more then plenty, but builds are builds and some are crutching hard and others are not

    heres a real suggestion

    make them proc in pvp zones like blood sports and open

     

    make them proc inside the dome too so we can honestly use them to there full extent.

     

    right now it's pve anywhere in the open world

     

    the def suits proc should give a flat damage reduction like duck and weave for a few seconds like maybe between 10-15%

     

    the offensive suit should give a damage boost in total and some defense boost to rather then being a lame version of mediation like +5% damage to all attacks and 500 armor across the board that would be cool

     

    support should give you x number back per a tick for how ever many seconds thats real support right there

     

    but all of that is fully useless if it only procs in limited areas

    testing 45 acp with nano bloody mary yukon the micro uzi and the starter gun i can say this

     

    with little to zero practice with the 45 you can kill people using rifles like the sr15 ntec of any kind and some smg/shotgun users it's power is ungodly high and isn't balanced out by much.

    an example of a OP handgun that has alot of risk due to its nature would be the r2 which needs 4 shots but it has high bloom per a shot and slow recovery along with a higher chance to miss when not zooming. and the 45 well your going to almost always high close to med if your tap shooting it because it's bloom recovers fast

     

    also bare in mind things may have change it;s been a year and half since i played but i have the power of memory and can sure remember how many times this stupid little gun has fucked me over in combat

    the current road map is seeing how many times you can get banned from the forums for pissing off staff. as for ingame content? idk hope for an event with crappy titles and maybe a new weapon skin. it's just csgo at this point without the popularity

    ask in game search it on the auction house. if you go to the auction house and click on a recipe in your crafting tab a new icon appears with a hammer that when clicked it will list all mats on AH (if they are present) it's a bit buggy so be warned or just wonder around picking at every node to see if you get lucky

    no clearly the reason people are leaving is due to lack of hats, you know like tf2. i suggest if they add more hats into the game for us to wear more players will play despite the mediocre gameplay and very little reason to get past rank 60 and/or do anything other then ram the shit outta of people with a dumptruck

    GAme is hacked out and hasn't seen a staff member for 6 months or more in-game.

    can't play either game without someone being a banana for no reason

    and

    both games have such a stagnate player base you rarely if ever see anyone new, and i mean real new not alt, it's done to a point i can tell some people just by how they play or talk etc. and it is just a "oh boy this banana with the rpg spam again, on his 32 alt...again"

    some times i don't remeber who i am. i got a lot of alts across both games mostly becuase i just banana about on low levels becuase people mostly leave you alone. expect gms they find me and ask me why i am doing such things that might affect the game (from time to time)

    as of right now for RP you best bet is hope springs (barret manor) most of the groups have broken up or stopped playing. this is due to several reasons like fighting amongst themself, views on lore and in general being burned out by the game or lack of new rpers.

     

    for my time zone, central, i can catch them at around noon to 2pm. there are other reasons for lack or rpers but those are more personal reasons too. such as certain players in the group(s) aswell as how certian people play. as far as i am aware of a handful do plan to make a return around the later half of the year while they cool off from this game and/or do more personal things irl or ingame itself.
