There are no "HARD" p2w items in APB but there are some subtle "p2w" elements and items that can be obtained. I do find however it can be very helpful to "pay" for a perm wep/vehicle instead of grinding a while for it, making it a "pay 2 progress" situation like you would currently see in other MMOs such as - Blade and Soul, Revelation Online and possibly BDO ( I personally only consider it a convenience which does somewhat tie into "p2p") Soft-P2W: - 3 slot weapons - Colby .45, RFA - Fang - 4x4 vehicle (unless you want to grind JTs) - Premium Broken/Unnecessary power: - HVR-762 - Yukon - Subject to opinion but - N-TEC 5 There is however no "real" need to actually buy weapons as you can easily perform just as good with an Obeya FBW and base N-TEC or other base weapons that are unlock-able through contact/free and it will not make you a "better" player, purely for the fact that you can buy all these weapons but still have the game knowledge of a bronzie a.k.a a fucking scrub. Not sure why you even need shaders in anycase, the game looks shit regardless. While lighting is a major factor for visual fidelity in games such as Skyrim, Fallout and GW2 to name a few. In this game, the shaders literally make 0 difference other than the game still looking like shit due to the graphics options and outdated textures, if you want a more "orange" glow or color, just use f.lux #EZ

IMHO - Scroll wheel shooting absolutely sucks, it makes your aim (depending on the mouse) to become a lot more shakier, you stress the wheel far more than should do which reduces its lifespan, and it's STILL not the "Perfect" fire rate that you can get out of an actual Macro; Macros would absolutely destroy Scroll Wheel in terms of consistency, the fact that we have APB DB to show us the exact fire interval means we can set the timing to be perfect or have a little bit of "leeway" for the response of the software from macro. If you learn the actual fire pattern of the weapon yourself by learning to tap within the interval, you'll not only enjoy the gameplay far more as you feel more skilled for being able to pull it off, but you will also start to fire in almost perfect succession all the time. Personally, Scroll wheel shooting is for noobs, I did it to try and learn the gun and also try to be pro but it made me worse so I though it's better to learn the fire pattern itself. TLDR - Scroll wheel sucks, doesn't need ban.

Agreed with ExoticZ - I just realized that you wanted us to have matches in EU and NA, I don't even have an NA character and even if I made one, I wouldn't have the money to pick the weapons I'd want for that playtime.

I think a "Unmodded weapons only" would be a much better balance than just outright banning weapons like OCA and stuff, I'd say even allow scouts as they aren't technically that strong, neither is Anubis. Normal Vegas is shit compared to the 4x4 and it has enough balance to it. Also No Fireworks launcher, lool, not even just 1? it's hardly OP at all

I don't think the OBIR is underrated by any means, you'll always see premades and tryhards with the weapon just due to it's sheer accuracy and damage consistency down range

Coroner is absolutely dog-shit, garbage, disposable waste, not even worth recycling, un-amusing, trash, cat farts, tentacle poo, old man's ballsacks TRASH. Let us not even speak of this weapon.

Agreed with opinions on Dog-Ear, it's actually a fairly decent gun give or take as it does keep most of it's damage through range. However I really feel like weapons such as the Anubis, Bullshark and possibly ACES SMG are pretty underrated I almost see no one using these weapons - obvs some reasons for the Anubis's lack of use is due to the fucking scope in time that used to be instant was made no longer instant (smart af remove this). - Bullshark because it's regarded as a shit weapon compared to the FFA RD III, even thouh IMO i think it can sometimes out TTK the gun due to it's potential 5-6 round bursts at the end ( very funny to do to snipers) - ACES SMG - really surprises me the lack of use I see this weapon getting especially when it has potential to be a lower TTK than OCA and is just more accurate (i feel personally) These weapons I think are underrated and deserve slightly more attention than it gets -Des
