The new support system they launched is quite good actually and the response period is not that long in my opening, at least when I contacted them. I suggest you open a ticket anyway to be sure. It can't hurt and if there's a problem, it's better to get it fixed so you can play with the premium or getting the 200 G1C you're referring to. ^...^

The Legends redeem code, wasn't that when they released the Legends update/patch earlier? I'm pretty sure that they had an expire date written when they announced it, but I can't say 100% for sure. Not that it helps you a lot, but I am certain that it was the case Edit: I checked my YouTube and I made a video in March this year about the Legends patch so it's a 4-5 months old redeem code.

To be fair it is an old game by now so that's the smallest problem in my honest opinion. The crashing, issues with the matchmaking system, bad Anti-cheat etc. you're talking about, I agree with you.
