Hello -
Good afternoon, I've encountered an issue with the Mirage, I had previously purchased the lightbars pack but the Hot Response RX II and other lightbars are still showing as locked. I was told by others that this is a glitch and that some people received the lightbars while others didn't. Is there any way for me to put in a request to get these unlocked? Thank you,

Project Midtown 2020

Something like this would be absolutely amazing. Might even be enough to reinvigorate the game's population, so long as LO deals with the cheaters. -

The "Check Back"

On Xbox we had a community list since there was 0 moderation. It’s against the rules under the name and shame clause. -
The "Check Back"

You do make a good point. This strategy backfires if used by people who call cheat too easily. I would say that it should only be used if it one of the obvious cheaters. Sniper grenades, automatic Colby 45s, dudes running Mach 5 across the map. -
For years, I’ve always wondered why the developers never took one of the already pre-existing mission maps and added in a 40v40 TDM/Conquest/War mode. I think we’d see more faction unity in a kind of all out war between enforcers and crims. Take financial, slap a control point or two in the middle of the map and make enforcers and criminals dog it out to hold it down. Maybe even add in capture-able bases. Could even declare a winner based on which faction won the most each week with rewards going to the winning faction. I understand that we have Baylan and Asylum, but those maps have always felt claustrophobic to me and seemed to specifically cater to certain weapon range types. I think an all out war district would breathe some new life into APB. What’s y’all’s opinions? Is the general population more for the traditional small 4v4 with additional backup match ups or would ya’ll like to see a “Battlefield” esc kind of faction war on the streets of San Paro?

The "Check Back"
JustinCarter replied to JustinCarter's topic in Social District (General Discussion)
Because they’re cheating, why should anyone sacrifice their enjoyment of the game to let people who cheat have fun? We don’t do this sort of thing to people who we suspect of cheating, there are tons of really good players out there who just seem too good to be legit. We’ve only done this to groups that we know are cheating, the ones that make it painfully obvious. This isn’t something that we do often either, the high Golds seem to encounter cheaters way more than anyone else. -
The "Check Back"

I believe you can, on Xbox you could. I have yet to have to do so on PC. Any method of exit works. -
I want to pass around a strategy that we at the SPPD call the "Check Back." I've been seeing tons of people complaining about the cheaters and the apparent ineffectiveness of the anti-cheat to identify and stop them. A cheater's goal is to make the game as unfun as possible and drive as many people to rage quit as they can. Every time a player rage quits, these losers get a turn on because they have no validation in their real lives. The "Check Back" is a strategy we've been deploying for years when we realize that a player/group we are fighting is cheating. Rather than continuing to fight and feed their e-egos (Which is what they want), make them sit at the objective unopposed with nothing to do, make them bored. This deprives them of the validation they're seeking and forces them to spend 10-15 minutes sitting, doing absolutely nothing. These people can't win in real life so they can't stand to lose in a video game, they want to be the strong and unstoppable ones here because they are weak physically and mentally in actuality. Leave the mission area, go sit in an unexpecting location until the time runs out. Go grab a snack, take a piss, and keep an eye on your pc. If they game ending objective is TDM, then you return to lobby and log back in. If the community en masse comes together to do things like this, cheaters will quit out of sheer boredom.

Player Decline Incoming

Not sure why you're throwing shade at us, we are essentially brand new on this server. Haven't influenced a change to anything since we transferred here from Xbox a few months back, regardless of that and having to re-learn how to play, we do just fine in our missions, we have good and bad like everyone else. Your statement is not only inaccurate, its rude asf to place the blame on us. The nerfs have been disappointing to deal with, we've noticed that they've dialed down a lot of great weapons that we used to love running. I retain the belief that you just need to find a group of experienced players to run missions with, it makes dealing with the sweats and cheaters a little more bearable. It honestly seems that your issue is queueing alone and having to rely on random strangers to win. But who knows, maybe the community will be better off with you gone, one less toxic "Seasoned Veteran" to complain and shit talk new players and people who have lives that can't invest hours out of their day to sweat on a game that released in 2011. Get over yourself, make a plan and play or shut up and quit. -
Player Decline Incoming

It sounds to me that you just need to find a decent clan, there are plenty of old and new organizations on this game that are recruiting. Even golds can't fight against coordination and teamwork. I'm a casual player, but even I'm fine with the desegregation because I have people backing me up and communicating positions/directions/objectives. It really is a game changer, I would encourage you to try and get some other quality people in your corner before quitting. -
The San Paro Police Department is recruiting officers!! If you are looking for a formal organization that promotes professionalism, uniformity, discipline, and team strategy then look no further. The San Paro Police Department was founded back in June of 2016 on the Xbox One, it functioned as a community-based organization until the Xbox servers became unplayable and were eventually shut down. After console migration opened, the SPPD transferred in as many officers to Jericho NA as possible. Now we are looking to increase the size of our department! We are looking for individuals who want to be part of an active and structured organization that: utilizes communication, team work, and strategy to win, is heavily involved with the community, and aims to enjoy the game to the fullest while at the same time working to make it a better place. We are a PVP oriented clan and have little to no RP elements outside our organized structure, rules, Chain of Command, and Uniform Policy. In order to qualify to join the SPPD you must: Be an Enforcer on the Jericho NA Server Be capable of maintaining a mature, respectful, and professional demeanor. Be able and willing to follow our clan's rules and guidelines. (HERE) Be over the age of 18. (Exceptions can be made, but are rare.) Have a functional PC that can properly run APB Reloaded. Be active and willing to abide by the SPPD's activity policies Have a mic. (NO STATIC, NO ECHO, NO VOLUME ISSUES) Speak fluent English Be threat level Silver or Gold. (Exceptions can be made based on performance trials.) As we build up our numbers on Jericho NA, new officers can expect to be introduced into a positive and active organization. We plan to resume hosting the weekly departmental mission groups, meetings, and public community events that we had on Xbox and will have promotional opportunities opening soon after meeting our recruitment goals. We will be looking to recruit potential leaders, supervisors, and field trainers among others as well as individuals that have what it takes to be members of our specialized units. APB PC experience is preferred, but not mandatory. If you are interested, check out our website at www.apb-sppd.com and if you feel you'd be a good fit, you can apply on the recruitment page or contact the Chief: JustinCarter or Captain: ChetDaniels directly in game to inquire about recruitment.

Not a problem, I’ll happily explain, We occasionally randomly target players and chase them around in our cars for fun, the one in the photo was in game chat and actually pulled over after we got behind him, shocking us, we stopped and joked with him for a few minutes before moving on. All in good fun. The picture is from Xbox and is also quite old. As for uniforms, “on duty” status within the SPPD, refers to any time a clan member is in a group with other SPPD Officers. We are big on uniformity and representation so we require that our members wear their full uniform and drive their assigned vehicle when participating in clan activities. The SPPD embodies the rank structure, uniformity, and discipline that you would expect to see from a police force but you won’t find any of our members role playing on APB outside of satirical situations.

I did some digging and found a solution. >Close APB >Clear Cache >Load up a different multiplayer game that saves a custom character >Fully load into online on the other game >Close the other game >Retry login on APB
