Is APB down again?

Ok so I am trying to log in the game and it keeps showing that my password is wrong... down again?
However when I open browser and try log in to armas everything works.

(I get same symptoms no matter if i log in directly via steam or via email and password, also could not reset password - clicking the link in the email just got the response invalid security token or something similar).
