aligandalf 1 Posted April 4, 2019 i have authentication problem while i want to logging. this is my error: retrieving characters is taking longer than normal. if this is your first time logging in after a server merge it can take a few minutes to process. please help for fix this problem thx. Thanks, Matt hello and regards I have problem with login . i most say, we have bcs we have 15 people . we play in eu , citadel. but don't know why we cant login .
