if you play an enforcer near you will have 2 players of different factions with 5 or higher grade of threat you see green and yellow stars . if you play with criminals and next you will be similar situation you will see two yellow stars . which significantly reduces my chances of instantaneous response .

pretty sure he's talking about, when you go notoriety as crim, ALL other r5 players including crims appear as "enemy" star icon on radar, whereas it functions normally for enforcers

for technical personnel check is no big deal .

its how it should work enforcers are friendly for them selfs not such criminals cause they are enemies to each other and enforcers
