Bowman Posted February 8, 2019 Posted February 8, 2019 After a long time of inavtivity i tryed to log back into my account but i neede to change my password. problem is that the email that is linked to that account was deleted. is there anyway i can get into that accout without support helf, because my ticket is now open for about a week without response or do i need to wait till the eventualy awnser. second question is: if i need to wait on support, how long does i usualy take to get a response? If you no longer have the email account you will have to wait for support. Nobody knows how long it takes, but it does take quite a while. Perhaps it might be better to just play on a different account (you don't have to spend money) for now until you have your main account back. Quote
