i have a hard time seeing how car horn earrape themes would be any different from earrape themes using other instruments

my point is it would be just another "instrument" to be used in earrape themes, that's all
come to think of it, we could use some decibel limiter in themes/songs so that it wouldn't blast our ears out or maybe just mute themes option in settings

I was digging around in the 0.6 beta's files and the car horns were in the instruments folder for whatever reason.  Maybe that was originally intended to be an instrument?
