Name change purchase

I am allowed to change the name once. Why i can't change it again?? HELP

Do you have any particular steps people could take to try to replicate this? 

So that we might be able to figure out where things messed up.

All i did is i purchase a name change and i try to buy it and this message pops up

I've tested this, but can't seem to get the same error. 

Did you do anything different than what I did in the video?

That's what i did and end up getting i purchased this character lifetime product message. I did change the name like 2 years ago is that the issue im having that i am suppose to change it once only per character ?

I've also looked on character that got a name change in the past and those didn't have that message either

it might be a bug i mean i just purchase g1c before i bought a name change ill wait till tomorrow if the bug disappear. Thanks

Or another Masters degree?

I draw the line at the chair tho... I love this thing. 

 

Jokes aside, that wasnt directed at you. I dont even know who you are. It was just a comment on how frequently some players change their names. I know 2 gentlemen in particular with around 50 name changes each.

Nope the bug still there i cant purchase name change on one specific character i don have enough g1c to purchase. CRAP!!! i have 13 minutes left of premium for the discount i guess i have to wait.
