Help Please

I am having issues with loss of frames even though i can run this game on high settings the game works just fine for like 5mins no problem  then all of a sudden my game goes down to 10-1 frames per second. not sure what it could be if anyone could help that would be appreacated.

run out of RAM or GPU memory?

If you are on the west cost the fires did considerable damage to the internet lines lately.
