You are talking one thing while reality is completely different thing. I invite you to join APB for next few days and stay there like its your 8 hours job. And see the reality. 
For fact I know you are bs'iting because there is a blatant trainee in FC asylum for weeks already... he is going 70+ kills per round. NOT BANNED yet. 
Indeed we would be surprised to know that maybe 1-2 persons got ban for it or none. Its literal bs what you are saying because for months and months ever since unban wave, we are encountering macro users who bragged themselves in public chats of using macro, still being in FC every single week and almost every single day. So sorry to say nobody bites that bs. 

There is a significant well known youtube person roaming the FC asylum day by day without being touched (he was banned 10000 times and "thankfully" unbanned with last unban wave, ever since he is daily in apb), who uses no recoil config, who btw shares same config for free with a simple click of a mouse button, which has strictly been proclaimed by Matt as violation of TOS and guess what. I dont see him getting banned for it. I wait and wait but he is there every single day. You cant even ban such an obvious person who doesnt give a f and doesnt even try to hide. Such blatant person is un touched. 
And we should believe people get bans for macro. Ha! Make me laugh more please. 
I can provide youtube of his channel, youtube of his no recoil config working with GFAC (yes he updated it literally 2 days after GFAC release) and he is not even charging it, he is literally advertising it in public apb chat from time to time. 
I wont say his name because of brilliant no name and shame policy but it takes 1 millisecond via google to find him even without knowing the name.

When you will start ban blatant people who cheat (he doesnt hack he cheats), then I will have hope that GFAC is advanced enough to smell built in macro in their mouses. 
By then I suggest someone from staff to stay one single day in Citadel Asylum and actually do their work and observe how many players there are "scared" of being banned while using macros non frigging stop. 
None of reports work, none of GM's even join to game to see daily routine of daily cheating players. 
Pop is barely 200 now, it should be simple to detect a cheater compared to previous tens of thousands players who used to play APB at its peak. Yet we face cheaters every single day. Shadow bans my butt. 

The good side in this bad side is that no longer, I repeat no longer can LO employers play the ever lasting card of "we are shadow banning people but we wont give public results to actually prove these claims). 
You know why? Because goddamn population is 200 of once mighty Citadel. I frigging know every single player by NAME. Every single player. Because there are so little of us left. 
And with plain healthy eyes I can see that players who macro, who dont miss a single shot... PLAY APB day by day. Nobody from them is banned not because there are legit but because either 1 ban happens ever 10 000 years or because there are no current bans happening at all. 
So you cant bs people anymore to keep them with false hopes and false promises like it has always been the case. We can see with bare eyes that nothing is happening. Understand that.

Ntec is to Frenzy Is to Cr5 is to Sword is to New glory is to Star556. They all have the same dam values and even with mods it only changes the slightest of margins between any other player with modded versions of said weapons.. what we need is new values each reskin to make them different in some way yet share others like fire rate clip size ammo stored or accuracy..  Im sick of reading the same thing every reskin "Functionally identical to the..." why are we constantly given weapons to buy for $$ that are exactly the same except for looks as the one's from contacts oca, Ntec, Alig, pmg, Obir ect
If im willing to pay thirty or fourty dollars for a weapon off armas i want it to feel and react like its a differant weapon instead of another reskin..

Frenzy, Misery, ISSR-A, CORB-A, ATAC, LCR... All different weapons with their own stats. Maybe I forgot a few?

Frenzy is a sort of close-quarter oriented N-TEC, Equipe a sight and a heavy barrel (2 I think) and TAP that firebutton for rapidfire suppression. But the gun required more shots to kill by default.

Ntec 5, Joker CR5 and VAS-R2 Rifles (including Sword) have the same stats. Frenzy kills in 7 shots instead of 6 with a slightly lower TTK of 0.69. Star 556 also kills in 6 shots, but slightly slower TTK than ntec (0.75).
Ntec-7 'Ursus' kills in 5 shots, has slightly longer minimum drop off range and kills slightly slower than regular ntec (0.704). New Glory also kills in 5 shots but shoots slightly faster than Ursus when unscoped resulting in faster TTK (0.68) but slower when scoped resulting in slower TTK (1.02). And all these weapons bloom differently of course which limits how much you need to tap fire.

I think these other assault rifles are fine but ISSR-a and COBR-A could use some buffs still. For cobra, I would recommend reducing the fire interval from 0.17 to 0.15, making it's TTK go from 0.85 to 0.75, and reducing bloom slightly to match the increased fire rate, keeping the growth of bloom roughly similar as it is now. For ISSR-a I would do a similar buff, reducing the fire interval from 0.28 to 0.25, making it's TTK go from 0.84 to 0.75. I think Ntec has dominated long enough, and even with these buffs they would lose out to other more specialized weapons at their respective ranges, but making them far more viable.
