As part of our ongoing investigation into Networking issues we would like users who get stuck connecting to the EU World server when selecting their character or stuck loading into any EU District to DM @Emily their IP Address as well as what Internet Service Provider they're using. 

 

In particular we're looking for users that are with Mobile TeleSystems (MTS in short)

My client's version became outdated last week. The update attempt fails. Following your instructions and reinstalling the game does not solve the problem.
