Sayori 311 Posted August 4, 2018 After 2 months of waiting I finally got a reply from customer support about gifting. " but we are working hard to make improvements to our trading system. I recommend staying up to date on our forums as we will announce new features and updates there. " Not sure what the trading system has to do with it but maybe they are doing something about gifting. Sayori 311 Posted August 4, 2018 yes, it was due to chargebacks but their "solution" is straight out of stoneage. Just make a requirement to have R195+ character on your account and allow gifting. At the moment everyone is excluded...if they don't plan to ever put it back and chargingback is the only reason, please do come up with a better solution.
