Playing now, we can objectively conclude that inter-district matchmaking is much better than the old system of selection of players. Thanks to the new system of selection of players, the population of the server began to grow, missions became more interesting. A huge minus is the loading between missions, which worsens the performance of the game. I hope that by the next major patch we will be able to return to the new matchmaking.
