Seedy 324 Posted July 10, 2018 been trying to buy HS3 from contacts but it wont let me. i have more than enough money and are high enough rank.. neophobia 216 Posted July 15, 2018 (edited) you can only buy one every day, you can only buy them if you unlocked it through the weapon role. if you hover over the lock you can see which of them prevents you from buying it (tooltip should show), usually. rifleman (= assault rifles) is the role to level. role level 13 unlocks it.
