Can we have News announcements at the top of the social section?

hi admins and forum mods you glorious people that you are. Can you please add a box at the top of the social district forum with the latest at least 1 post from the news section. I would think that allot of people do not read the news section and so never see the news. I just seen news about an event that I read through some sub thread. I would probably never have seen that news if it wasnt for this sub thread.

tbh I would as well but I cant see it happening.

Id like to see them write all the news on my walls and ceilings. Tyvm
