Clothing Bought from JT Store not Tradeable?

I bought a the hoodie ( hood down ) from the Clothes Kiosk and it says its not tradeable because a JT vendor item... Why?

I noticed the Hoodie (Hood Down) started showing up in the JT store after one of the last few patches, here's a quick screen recording showing what happens when you buy it from the clothing kiosk.

Like clothing buying options aren't already bad enough.

In this game you either a creator or you stuck with default look with some good decals put on.

To clarify, I wish I could help resolve that issue, but as I am no developer, the least I can do is move that topic to the correct section so that our staff can better see and be aware of it.
