Please Note: A common problem is that your character has been locked in a district server - it takes a maximum of 15 minutes for them to be unlocked. WHAT IS THIS ? Well you were disconnected, that means you are no longer connected, to the server. The server may have gone offline, also known as down, Or your network may be experiencing connectivity issues, also known as down too. Also sometimes when that happens your character may become locked, see also "Stuck", to a district, sometimes for as long as 15(fifteen) minutes before they become unlocked. whereami 0 Posted June 26, 2018 (edited) I'm having the same problem right now despite my internet being absolutely fine. I can't log in with any of my Citadel characters, my Jericho char can get to the server selection menu, but gets stuck in infinite loading screens. Did i miss a maintenance announcement?
