Mute sound audio? but can still hear the APB siren

I play the game with the audio set to 0, but I can still hear the siren sound when i get opposition? is there a way to disable it, its really loud and annoying. it hurts my ears.

U could look for and then remove this specific sound file.

But don't ask me where u find it...

Windows > Volume Mixer, Set it to mute. That's what i do as i watch cartoons and care 0% about winning.
