joey1999 Posted May 23, 2020 Posted May 23, 2020 so i accidently purchased g1c for the first time on my citidel account thinking it was my jericho account what are the steps i need to do to get a refund to my paypal cause i cant play on citidel cause the lag is real i logged in to the wrong one thinking it was the right one and not sure what to do
Kevkof Posted May 23, 2020 Posted May 23, 2020 G1C is not refundable I believe. You can try talking with support (the link is right at the top) but I don't know if they do that. There's a long patootie wait for support though, so be patient Charging back the money would be the worst idea, so don't do that one.
