Basically it happens pretty often when you exit your car during a burnout or when you launch it and the vehicle keep turning solo without driver. The position of the character doesn't sync anymore solo but get stuck with vehicle position, as you seen in your clip, the vehicle exploded and the player flies into the sky, same movement, following the vehicle.
