LUST Posted June 8, 2018 Posted June 8, 2018 It's likely not possible at this time. The codebases are currently different between PC and console--at most you may be able to get purchases, but character specific information would likely be lost. 1

The best time to ask will be after the Engine v. 3.5 rolls out for the game.
