You are literally changing APB's stock files which is against TOS. How do we know you're color blind? that can be some excuse to alter all ur files. All youre showing us is colored text but you can have way more than that that we cant see. Again, you are trying to justify cheating. You cannot justify that. You'll be fine. HOWEVER, if you use some sort of apb config that lets you change colors/texture/outline borders/ things like that and it changes your files, now that's bannable.
