BE was implemented to eliminate MASS cheating and did it effectively. Private cheats made by enthusiasts were, are and will be present in any game with any anticheat measures, it's a fact. There are way more important things for LO to do right now than digging through thousands of false reports from silvers to find out valid ones and ban those few cheating russians. I don't see any "phasing cyborgs", since BE I met like 5 cheaters in fight club and 3 in mission districts, that's all. Was it a BIG CHEATING PROBLEM? Nope. Now stop flooding support and forums with useless things like "bring back vivox so i can troll people in social with my voice changer", "once a year i saw cheating streamer so game must be full of cheaters" and "i tried to trade with random R15 guy in social and got scammed".

There is no "cheating problem" since BE. Now you can't go to www.cheat-provider-name.com, drop $10 from mom's credit card and shawcopter till max rank without getting banned. Few cheating russians with color trigger scripts, omg who the fuck cares, it's nothing compared to real cheating problem like it was before BE.

PUBG has variable tickrate, from sub 30 to 60hz 120hz are some custom servers for l33t gamers and tournaments Using more than 30 in casual/low pop games like APB isn't worth anyway.

Exactly, no advantage at all. To be good at game you need ... to be good at game, suprising? No amount of fake "advantages" can make you good if you lack basics, that's why I've seen silver scrubs struggling to get gold and go negative with regoated. Advantage is your hands and head, everything else is just cosmetics.

Crosshair overlay is not an advantage, it is personal preference. In every modern game you have one which can be customized directly in game options, hope to see it in APB too if engine upgrade happens. Bad players love to blame everything instead of fixing their own mistakes. It is easier to cry that enemy is cheating, macroing, using shader crosshair, guns from armas, have better ping, fps and so on.

Yes, recently experienced frequent ghostshots, no hitmarker on kill/assist and very rare teleports/lagspikes even though my ping isn't that bad, 40-70ms.

Such system also needs auto-kick, for example if you are afk and don't spawn, move or do something else in game, it kicks you into lobby within a minute after joining to prevent clogging districts with dead souls who "click autojoin button and go afk for 10 minutes".
