  1. Player's lvl and mods mean nothing actually. I know a lot of people who are playing for ages, reached max lvl, have all mods, but still play worse than a bronze. Some people just don't have reflexes or their health does not allow them to notice things around, but they still like this game and have enough of time to slowly climb through all lvls. On the other hand, a skilled gold player on a smurf acc will have no problem to slaughter everything even with no mods, no lvls and no weapons. So please, stop referring to a player's lvl.
  2. Quite sure that Byron will get his hands on such stuff first. So once again for 'Torians will be more profitable to "help" Tigers. Not only quite peaceful way to get money from them, but also additional show off in front of citizens without unwanted attention.
  3. In order to secure it, such actions should be avoided. While their whole organization is holding mostly on the fact that payments are better than police/army, their existence depends on PR. Wasting resources on a war against rich Prentiss kids who have, perhaps, even better influence at media and more contacts among wealthy people of SP - straight way to lose half of the sponsors and blow up everything that their PR managed to achieve. Teng is not an idiot. He and his organization can benefit much more on keeping it calm with Tigers (publically, of course) and using hit squads against other vigilante groups (to prevent them from growing into something bigger and to not let them "steal" easy jobs), who yet has no influence, funds, experience and such, and can be explained as another peacekeeping action if sponsors will start to ask questions.
  4. Tigers maybe. But even if you prefer to see them that way, motivation remains. One organization is sponsored by citizens and will lose it all in a flash if, instead of fighting criminals, will start to slaughter those, who are still trying to protect this city. Another one - local people who are doing their best (unprofessionally, yes, but still) in order to protect their home from criminals, should perfectly understand that it makes no sense for them to waste their time and resources on hunting those, who are on their side.
  5. Considering factions, yes, crim vs crim is a quite obvious thing to be expected from this game. But with enf vs enf can not agree. No matter how much those two enf factions can dislike each other, they are still on the same side of the law. On the other hand, if for enf vs enf will be required to use stun weapon only, it can fit and be explained like a training program. However may work also an explanation that though in this game we have only two enf factions, players may still consider their characters to be mercenaries or bounty hunters and not just cops/army.
  6. Rare example of a decent player. You know, people like you should be added by this game into some kind of in-game staff team and be able to enter all possible districts without possibility to join missions. For now there are too much of new players who are in need of information and help in there. Yet golds are joining only to make easy kills on such players without giving a dmn about how it will affect game's population.
  7. It is really impressive how one greedy kid is making speeches against it only because he is selfish and can not sleep knowing that other people are having fun. And yet while he has no actual arguments against this idea, all those who are really thinking about it and trying to offer something to make this game better, changing now their ideas in order to satisfy him. For the record, I am also against situations when other people can use my stuff (cars especially). But if weapon will be dropped without mods, skins and all possible customization, would not even consider it to be "my weapon" and will not think that other "unworthy ones" are touching my precious toys. So still consider this idea to be a great way of making APB more realistic and fun. Short timer for picking was also a great addition. But maybe rank restriction could be added too? For rocket launchers for example and such stuff. Simply out of realistic ways. People are learning first how to use stuff, right? So why not to keep rank system. Or maybe add some skill lvl for using weapons.
  8. There was also another topic with Neon Lights suggestion. These two ideas combined could work great together.
  9. +1 Never was able to understand why there is no such option in this game. And for now still prefer to spend my time in games with better settings (though still hope that APB will be better someday).
  10. If such thing will be added not like a daily mission, but like an event, it still could return some players into this game without any real harm to LO profit. Also if they will add G1C as a reward for achievements it could be interesting for new players without giving anyone else possibility to grind all the time and to gain an advantage more than they should have.
  11. To think about it.. Adding such cars in Armas could really make this game more enjoyable. Or..like a rare event rewards.
  12. So many times wanted to join this forum in order to promote auto-kick for gold players in bronze dist.. Guess just going to support this one. But still, locking their possibility to join missions will not prevent them from chat, nor will stop them from ramming cars of all those new players who are just starting to learn how to play. Auto-kick is a more profitable solution. We need to lure new players in game and not to make them quit only cuz 1 "pro" player is afraid to go in gold/silver dist and spending all his time harassing those who still have no clue how to jump over the fence or to open doors.
  13. People are complaining too much about population, server's community and so on. Making it possible to have 2 slots on one server that would be set as main one and 1 slot on each of other servers can solve the problem of those who are not happy on their servers. At least they will have possibility to give a try to another servers without second thoughts and without deleting their characters on their main server. To pay for additional slot simply to try another server is not what most of people will be glad to do. They will simply leave. But if they will have 1 reserved slot for each server, it can help them to find their place, to stay in game and maybe even to spend their money on in-game stuff. Just not to spread this amount of slots over all servers of course and to keep it no more than 2 on one server unless they will buy more.
  14. To be honest, I think it is a great idea. Not only makes things more comfortable, but also more realistic. If someone is so obsessed with their legendary, it is their problem. But of course this system should not remove their weapon from them and should not lock it while someone is picking it, only drop a copy. So their precious legendary still will be only their very own, while those who would manage to kill them will have only a trial (no skins, no possibility to resupply, nothing that would remind of weapon's owner). Right now almost all successful games are doing their best to make gameplay more colorful, so why not to include the most obvious way of actions if we are killing someone? Right now it is quite a strange behavior that we should leave their weapons and to run with our own even if here it is - most logical weapon for this place/stage. Also it could motivate more people to play and to work on better arsenal. If someone will pick legendary (or just better) weapon, will use it, will like it.. Most likely they will be interested in getting this weapon as a permanent addition to their collection (sorry for quotes..). Should keep people occupied with playing, trading, exploring Armas and so on.
