"Hi everyone, I've seen this topic floating around the forums, and it's time to set the record straight. We are banning for hacking and cheating. The goals of our cheat implementation are: To eliminate cheaters and hackers from the game, so that regular players can enjoy themselves To avoid inaccurate bans for cheating and hacking To avoid having to mass unban players ever again This last goal is crucial. Unbanning players resets the balance of the game. I felt it was necessary based on my own research, but only because I didn't like the previous subjective banning implementation. Here are some answers to avoid any miscommunication of our strategy: We only ran BattlEye in observation mode for about a week after it first launched. This was just to review data without triggering any potential unfair mass bans. The bulk of "easy" cheats or AHK programs simply don't work with BattlEye. (NOTE: If you're getting kicked from APB then disable any Auto Hot Key programs. They are not allowed in APB). We have three different systems that can ban a player. These are *mostly* escalating temp bans that get longer and longer the more you get flagged. Here is the important part that makes sure we achieve all three goals I outlined above: My CS staff gets real time reports on the temp bans. We use that initial period to review each case and determine if we want to make it a permanent ban. I can tell you right now that 100% of the bans we've reviewed were made permanent. I am not proud of banning. I've already spoken on this topic a lot before, so I'm not going rehash that here. We will not name and shame banned players, and we will not provide numbers on how many people we have banned." Thanks, Matt

closets have to hide+protect their cheater buddies,and in a cheater polluted game like APB Competition is destroyed and there are ONLY Fake Golds ,I m respecting more a bad Silver ,than a Fake Gold macro using triggerbot cheater ,u know better where u belong to ....

Anime cheater streamer kids ,bla bla, triggerbot more with ur clan ,FF where right by 95% of the bans

Doped players ruin the game and none can talk about "git gud" or whatever ,competition is ruined when cheaters are around and 90% fairfight banned where blatant streamer kids....

You cant talk about good players or skilled in APB, in a hack polluted game like this, everything you do doesnt mean anything ,to all cry kiddys and people protecting their cheater friend. If cheater in game =Competition ruined ,dumb people dont cheack it

Fight Club shows blatant cheater at its best, if u watch the scores of people almost never die ,and never miss a shot ,.... kiddys who want to protect the cheater community lying about that and always trash talking, like "just because someone is better than you ,doesnt make him or her a cheater" bla bla bla ,toxic people still in here protecting the cheater community,dont listen to them

Damn right tell em the truth ! I couldnt do better ,and those people I m seeing everyday,... aimless macro user kids! Exactly what Im talking about ,and everytime someone talks about the truth, all the lil cheater kids came up with their garbage talk about beeing a bad player, or stop insulting innocent people and some like that...., hope they all get banned

You are absolutly right ,I know about this problem as well ,and its so annoying,Im glad that people like you are seeing this too. I hope Anti Cheat will get better,and ben this aimless cheating people. There are players protecting the Cheater fraction ,and are cheaters themselfs,or friends of cheater. naive? new to the game ?

blind? That you wont see cheaters ? dont come along with that kiddy talk of silver and dont feel like u are in OverWatch or other E-Sport games ,... no ranked games,no world championchip,etc... wake up, better for silvers beeing silver than fake gold ,boy stop protecting cheaters..

I exactly know what your talking about and I hope these people will get banned fast ! Aimless cheater kiddys ,especially in fight club ,I always go there to see player behaviour because of cheaters to report them,and atleast u can see it clearly when someone uses N-TEK 5 and his scores are like 44 kills 20 assist 6 death ,come on ,...these kids ...wannabe pro gamers poor aimless people.

Still to many Cheaters in Fight Club and overall ,still Macro users ,Triggerbotter and other people with no aim ,please ban them quick,pls BLOCK AHK style programms and dont let people use Macro so the can make increase the fire rate,PLEASE BAN CHEATERS !

No, I dont care got banned by G1 2 years before falsly ,but 3-5 days later they unbanned me. No I dont care about cheaters its good they get banned quickly

Everyone? Do you even read? I see what your point is,but tell me why are you crying here ? I didnt tell everyone is a hacker please accept reality and stop with your nonsense crying. There are of course good players,but only those who wont hack or cheat. I respect only ones that is legit,doesnt matter to me if he is better or worse than me. Matter of fakt is that you cant accept reality,I get false banned by fairfight myself ,but 3 days later G1 unbanned me,it was like 2 years ago.

No AC is perfect ??? Perfect ??? Is this some kinda dream you have ? Do you wanna open up a cry road for people get banned by BE ? So they can cry til they get unbanned after BE banned them? Those people banned by FairFight earlier, 95% were cheaters, these bans wasn't false at all. I cant stand people who are protecting their cheater friends, and always crying like back in the days, that they were false banned.

1. 2011til 2018 no Anti-Cheat=No prove for good or bad players anyway. 2. since Battle Eye release,everyone and every clan gets a second chance,so all players can prove their loyality. 3. cheating/hacking/triggerbotting and macro using is forbidden, 4. no one will get banned falsely,he or she must be a cheater/hacker,or the people you know are lying to you. 5. unrealistic reactions I see in Fight Club the most of my time and Weapons firing shots faster than the weapon will do itself. I hope Battle Eye will ban em

First of all, getting rid of cheater/hacker triggerbotter and macro user ,after that we can think of any new weapons or balance or whatever. I just want cheaters get banned very quick ,this is the best way to balance this game.

You are protecting cheaters, or you just started playing APB the first time ,.... hmmm
